Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent location - close to a metro stop and St-Denis/St-Catherine for shops/restaurants. Various parking options nearby depending on if you need in/out privileges. Attached to a grocery store. Sauna, pool and gym were very good!

Le point noir c'est le stationnement : on trouve difficilement une place même en payant 23$ la nuit en plus le toit est à 1m70 seulement donc faites attention au toit de votre véhicule et c'est très étroit aussi donc le risque d'abimer votre voiture est élevé. Le reste passe juste le canapé lit n'est pas confortable.

Housekeeping never did the room for three days. No shampoo in room when I checked in. Ice machines were behind doors that guest key cards did not open. Was told to go to the bar for ice and the bartender was annoyed and told me to go to ice machine. Elevators not working on the Saturday morning, had to walk 16 flights down emergency stairs and be ferried back in an employee service elevator. Hotel itself was very nice however, all these little annoyances tarnished a fantastic stay.

Not super safe at night however the hotel and staff were amazing. one of our friends wanted to smoke so we were outside around midnight but a staff came outside to keep us company due to unsafe conditions at night. Thank you for a great stay, also love that it was right beside the grocery store and pharmacy!

The room very clean and modern. The information about hotel on webside reflect real quality. Pool, gym, meal and entertaiment areas great. Personel very nice and helpfull. Only praking area doesn't allowed big SUVs's. I will back to this place.

This is a great place to stay! Awesome location and facilities. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the water in the shower and pool was cold.

I stayed at the Hyatt on a Sat in April for one night. I had with me my spouse and 2 children. Our stay was comfortable and kids really enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very much appreciated and had a wide variety / stocked frequently by servers who were quick to clear the plates from the table and brought coloring materials for my kids. Only two issues were the sink in the bathroom needs unclogging as water would collect and sit there. Also, the parking was a nightmare. The underground garage was not able to accommodate our vehicle due to height restrictions. My husband ended up parking on the street (which was supposed to be free on weekends) but it was a no park zone and we ended up getting a ticket for $90. Overall, I would consider staying here again.
