Le check-inn est a 16h00 mais comme partout dans les hôtels, nous souhaitons obtenir notre chambre avant 16h00 ce qui est le cas partout. Toutefois, la réception nous disait que les chambres ne seront pas prêtes avant 16h00 et aucune de disponible même si l'hôtel n'était pas plein du tout et les gens attendent dans le lobby jusqu'a 16h.Mais la réception dit ensuite que si on paye 10$ de l'heure pour avoir la chambre avant 16h00, on peut en avoir une sans problème!!!! Donc, il est faut de dire qu'il n'y a pas de chambre car l'hôtel mise que les clients payent 10$ supplémentaitre pour chaque heure précédent 16h00. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle pratique ailleurs et je trouve ça trés cheap...

Had a very good stay here, the cost was great, staff were great, easy check-in, quiet and comfortable room.

Their check-in policy is way too strict...absolutely no check- ins prior to 4:00pm. This means people who arrive a little too early have to come back later when there are 10 to 15 people waiting in line to check in and only one staff member to check them in. This backlog could easily be avoided...if the room is ready, check people in. Very simple. Also, maybe have more than one person on the desk when 4:00 comes around.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour nos besoins dans le Quartier des Spectacles. L'accueil a été rapide et courtois. Nous avons été réveillés par un petit chien qui jappe dans une chambre adjacente, puis par le camion à déchets qui passe à 7h le lundi matin. Air climatisé bruyant mais la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Somme toute, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier.

L'hotel est au centre ville de Montreal. Mais il n'a pas de restaurant pour prendre son petit dejeuner, ni pour dejeuner. Les chambres sont confortables.

Great location and friendly staff at a very affordable price. If you don't plan spending any time in your room while being awake, you might not be bothered by the beaten up furniture, dated decor, slightly stained sofa cushions, and overall wear-and-tear.

Rooms feel dated, and wasn’t that clean. The pillows were all different sizes and uncomfortable. Also, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back as the location was very convenient, even with all the surrounding construction.

Budget property for people who are not going to spend much time in the hotel. Good location but poorly maintained property. The 747 bus to Montreal airport has a pickup and drop off at the hotel entrance.
