Very rude ! Rushes guests even 10 minutes after checkout time when they’re still packing and have small children with them. Knocked on the door to kick us out 3 times at only 11:12 !!! Will not be choosing to stay here again !! Also if youre ever in a rush DON’T USE THE ELEVATOR !!!

If a clean room and bed are all you want, this property is fine but for $70 , not a value. Zero amenities (vending machines didn’t even work). Breakfast among the worst I have experienced unless you like sugar and starch. This property is like so many that are located in an area that once was bustling but now are mostly abandoned. For a few dollars more I can find hotels that has a lobby area where i could sit and read or have a cup of coffee etc, has a pantry or marketplace with selection of food, beverage and toiletries. It would be a small investment to address these items but it is what I expect in a hotel; at a minimum

There was almost nothing to like...the bed was comfortable. The property is run down, rust stains on the pulls, caked dirt on the molding, hole where nails were removed, an elevator that looked and sounded like it was on it's last leg, a night clerk who was too busy on his phone and attempting to pick up an attractive guest as she checked in. The cherry on top was the astroturf lining the lobby floor. When I told the manager/owner how filthy the property is he got annoyed while the female offered a refund that I wouldn't accept. She finally stated the property is old and they are trying to update. My vote would be to knock it down and start over. I'm happy to share the pictures I took

Found what appeared to be urine stains on the the mattress as well as blood on the mattress walls. Brown substance on multiple touch points inside the room. Staff was not helpful and accusatory of us being the issue. Left without staying. Moving to new hotel

if you have not stay at this motel you dont have to complain secondly sheets n comforter are wash every day and we take personal care for that.

Baymont was a fairly good choice , the property was clean however the room was dated. The stayed in a room with two beds, although the room was clean it could use an update. There was a low table that the coffee maker was placed on in the "living area". Amenities were on hand, and their breakfast is a paper bag with a banana, fruit bar, muffin, and a box of juice. I did like the foyer with all the plants surrounding the entire area that are enclosed with a glass roof.

Read the other reviews before we booked. So I'll start by this there were no bugs, whatsoever. The owners must be in the process of updating things. Thus the tile isn't exactly right on the bathroom flooring. But it was new and clean. The design of where the TV is located, in the bedroom area leaves a lot of "do nothing"in the sitting area. So you can't watch TV from anywhere other then bed. Breakfast is simply a brown bag with Muffins, granola bar, fresh fruit and a juice drink. So no sit-down breakfast..

Other than the extremely slow to close elevator (which they are working on getting fixed) this place was great. They have a courtyard in side the hotel lobby which is absolutely gorgeous and are renovating the breakfast area. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was super nice, we couldn't figure out our hot water and the front desk man came up and got it going for us. We will be staying there again when we go back to Montgomery.

In all fairness we booked later in the day and had limited choices. With that being said…this room needs some work and it needs a few things. The bed was comfortable and it was a two room suite with a jetted tub. It was very strange to not have a door on the bathroom or some kind of shower curtain. I get it was a soaker tub but it was weird to take a shower without something to cover your area. The tub had water in it when we got to the room. Yuk! The plug-in in the bathroom did not work. The base of the tub needs work. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Suggestion would be for staff to walk around as a visitor and make a list of items that need repair as there is a lot that needs to be done. Probably would not choose this hotel again.

This property would definitely be a -0/10. First of all the man the at the counter did not give me my change back and told me that I would get it at check out, check out comes and now they have to re watch the cameras to make sure he didn’t give me change and that he would call me. That’s a big inconvenience because if I’m checking out then that means I’m leaving the city. Second , the room was dirty as hell ! There were rose petals around the bed that I did not have and the floor look like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. I informed the front desk and told them to clean my room and all they did was push the rose petals behind the bed. Shower takes months just to drain etc. this hotel is horrible and should be shut down immediately.
