I booked this hotel about 8 pm because it was convenient location. When I arrived at the motel shortly before midnight, the property said they did not receive the booking and said it was on me to fix it. (Despite the fact that I had a confirmation number.) Expedia called them TWICE trying to straighten it out. The hotel blamed Expedia, but the clerk also said this has happened before. In all my many bookings with Expedia, I have never had a problem, so I found this strange. Anyway, after trying to straighten this out for over an hour, we were able to cancel the booking and left.
