If you want a nice 1 start hotel this is the place for you. To start off they “ran out of pillows” and gave us some very uncomfortable throw pillows barely bigger than my head. AC unit was making a terrible noise all night, shower was backed up so we were standing in some really gross water. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Should have just slept on the airport floor.

The bedding was stained, the floor was dirty, and had barely been vacuumed, the shower curtain was stained, and we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for a three night stay. Last stay at any Hilton.

I appreciated the free hot tea and coffee down stairs. The Desk gal was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crewmen were friendly. The room would get warm enough, wifi was good.

Check in time was at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:30, and the room was not ready. We had to leave and come back later to get our room. The front desk staff did not seem to care about this issue. I would like a discount on my room because of this difficulty.

The room was nice, close to restaurant and casino within walking distance. The only thing i didn't like was paying for parking as the cost for the room was high, would be nice to have parking included.

Nice hotel. terrible beds and pillows
Great customer service at check-in. Hotel is clean and nice, easy to get to. The rooms are good size and bathroom was nice. The beds and pillows are a little less desired. Made for a night of very little sleep.

It worked well for a quick trip. People walking and talking in the hallway woke me up. They charge a parking recovery fee that I wasn’t expecting.

Hotel was clean and service team was friendly. $16 for the breakfast was overpriced since the food offered was no different than what your competitors offer for free. One of your elevators was broken for most of our stay and that was an inconvenience. The Blue Canyon was recommended by the front staff and it was disappointing. There were 6 patrons and the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. I left there and dined at Chicago Pizza. I am not sure if you have a relationship with Blue Canyon but if you do, you should end it. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, because I stayed their for business on multiple occasions about 9 years ago and felt it was a good value. You've raised prices since and have reduced the service offerings. Your strategy backfired as I will likely look to your competitors the next time I'm in town.

This is a mediocre hotel, would it kill them to leave complementary waters in the room at $300 per night. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to the restaurant nearly half the items were not available and the ones that were are not worth eating, looks great from the photos and booked the hotel based on having an integral restaurant but the food definitely does not match up. I would not come back.
