The overall stay was great. There should be a key card entrance for guests who are staying at the hotel to be able to get into the hotel without having to go down to the first floor and go outside when its after hours, we went to a movie and it got done after the mall closed. This morning around 10am we were gstting ready to pack and we barely heard the housekeeper knock on the door and then she came in, we were confused because checkout wasnt until 12 so we werent expecting anyone to be coming in.

Amazing property only thing is, why do I have to pay for parking if I’m staying at your hotel? Overnight parking $27, not bad but shouldn’t it just be free!? Overall the property is clean and nice, shopping and food options due to MOA.

It was nice and convenient being attached to the mall. Check in was very slow, rooms were hard to regulate temperature and you could hear every time someone even just closed their door down the hall. Also no extra blankets and 0 washcloths in the room. Overpriced for all these things, you are paying for the location and some fancy looking chairs in the lobby but nothing else.

This place acts nicer than it really is. It’s noisy with cardboard-thin walls and no in-room fan control to try to drown out the sound of other guests stomping, slamming doors, talking in the halls, and even urinating in their rooms next door at all hours of the night. The beds are rock hard, sheets scratchy and pillows unsupportive. Will never stay here again.

It’s attached to Mall of America and makes it easy to come and go without having to exit the hotel. It’s so close to the airport and it has a free shuttle to the airport.

The room was clean. The furnishings were a bit old and worn in spots. My one issue is that the main door is heavy so when other renters in the area were exiting their rooms, the door would slam shut. This wasn't an issue during the day, but late at night it was troubling to hear the noise while attempting to rest.
