I am very unhappy with Holiday Inn Express. I nearly missed my flight because there was no driver for a 7 am shuttle to the airport. I paid for my room and parking and that was to include shuttle pickup at the airport upon my return. When I called for pickup the employee lied to me saying the shuttle was already at the airport. It was not. I called and said no it’s not here. Same employee said “they are on their way” A few minutes later someone named Jim called me from Holiday Inn saying “it will be awhile before someone can come pick you up” So much for the convenience of a shuttle to and from the airport!! I do not have time to sit at the airport indefinitely. I had to take a taxi back to the hotel to get my car which cost me $34. I emailed Holiday Inn Express about my experience and they did not even reply to me. I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of commitment to customers. I put my trust in you, relying on you for transportation and you failed to provide what was promised.I can no longer trust your word so I will stay elsewhere from now on.
