Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns about your recent stay with us. I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool being closed for repairs. As our pool is open year-round because half of it is Indoors, it gets plenty of wear and tear and occasionally had parts of the system fail. This is the cause of the current closure; it is unsafe for us to let our guests swim in the water when its levels are unsafe. We are only waiting on one part to come in and be installed and it will be reopened as soon as this is done. As the Pool is an "added amenity" we do not charge any extra in our rates for it. Rom Rates are for the room only, as such we are not permitted to refund room rates for this issue, it is a cost of doing business. My apologies again and we do sincerely hope to have you back again soon.
