Ugh, I hate writing a bad review, but hopefully it can be used as an opportunity for improvement. First, the positive! The front desk staff were very friendly. We checked in around 10pm after a long drive and guest in the lobby was clearly intoxicated. They were very kind to her and made sure this woman was safe, calling her a ride and making sure she got to the correct place. They were prompt to help us get checked in. Unfortunately, the hotel was pretty run down. They clearly have been working on improvements with new paint, but our room door had a large space under the door, which made it very loud to the hallway. The sheets/bed appeared clean, but the there were stain/splatters on the wall. Finally, the bathroom… the toilet paper had less than half a roll left, no big deal… except it had poop smeared on the top of the paper tube… ew! While it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever been, I won’t rush back for another stay.

The breakfast was very limited, basically scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy every day. There was bread and cereal, no fruit or pastries

The vending machines sometimes doesn't accept cards and you have to hit a button when your done other wise you get a $5 or more pending charge till it goes through then the charge changes to what it actually is. From my experience the place is staffed by people who actually care.

Staff was really nice and when we complained about our room smelling of bleach and mold we were moved to a different room without issue. 2nd room was good and it was indeed much better. Property was overall in poor condition. Lobby could use major updating and cleaning, lobby looked to be in disrepair. Rooms also do not look like any of the pictures, first room we had was in poor condition but was *slightly* updated, our second room was the same style and fixtures but in better condition. Bed was comfortable however if renting a room labelled as having a queen bed, they are not queens they are fulls so keep that in mind. Area surrounding the hotel is OK but definitely has subsidized housing around it. Didn't have any issues safety wise but we didn't really spend much time outside and in the neighborhood. I don't want to make assumptions, but I do believe the was a "lady of the night" hanging outside the entrance of the hotel in the evening. Anyway, hotel is OK but not great, it served our purposes for a clean and quiet place to stay for a night. Likely won't be back, there are nicer places to stay for the price.

It is definitely VALUE FOR MONEY but the neighborhood and cars parked there are a bit shady. Inside the rooms were perfect, staff was outstanding- The smell of WEED in the lobby was baad. However it made a lot of sense in terms of value- Free overnight parking, go and come as you wish with your car...But better logistics than other downtown, better branded and pricier hotels...

House keeping repeatedly went in the frig and through my food in the trash. Even though i reserved my room before i went to work, i didn't get clean towels or toilet paper. My last day was horrible right alone with the breakfast. I've seen inmates have better meals

I am currently dealing with PTSD and trauma, this was suppose to be a little getaway for myself that was ruined by my stay. It was very loud, people arguing and were drunk, falling around outside. Never again.

I'm sorry to do this but my room was dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the mirror was dirty, the bed was broken, the sheets were stained. I left it the same day. I honestly don't recommend it.

The lay out in the room was not convienent. There was not counter top in the bathroom the shower head was sending water to the client ,you had to hold the shower head the whole time while in the shower. The shower curtain was not able to keep the water off the floor. The floor was wet and unsafe after a shower.

We got a room key for a room that didn't work, but the cleaning maid let us in and dropped off our bags. We came back down and the hotel manager took a look at the key, reset it, and said it should work, so we went off for dinner. By the time we came back, it was later at night, and we still weren't able to enter the room, and no one was able to help us out- they got us a different room, but had no way to get my bags until the next morning.
