Beautiful hotel. Excellant customer service (Dave). Beautiful room. Area around hotel was a bit dilapidated - but we did not feel unsafe in the area.

We stay there for The Rave shows all the time and it's reasonable and clean. The only negative is there is no tv channels. You have to login to a streaming app to watch anything.

This hotel was excellent! The staff in the hotel at the hotel front desk, bar, and cafe were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a very convenient location to be able to walk to the Rave for the show we were attending. We also appreciated the safe, on-site parking.

Perfect place to stay for my meeting at Marquette University. The room was clean and very spacious. Staff was friendly. A free shuttle to access places around town was great! I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area.

I've stayed at this hotel about half a dozen times when attending concerts at The Rave across the street. Super convenient. Nice mini-bar. Great food. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a concert and holy moly. it was DISGUSTING. blood on the bed linens, makeup stains on the pillows. The elevator was not working so i had to climb 7 flights of stairs. no tv remote. called down to have someone help and they were so rude! i tried to get my money refunded and they refused. this place is a dump, stay anywhere else.

Front desk service was typically very good, particularly Connie who treated you like a guest in her home. The room was also very quiet, except with the storage/service closet next door it would get very loud for a bit around 8:30 each morning.

We loved the location, the bar and the staff. The shuttle was a great convenience and everyone was so friendly! Only drawback was an odor in our room that we couldn’t figure out. It was our fault we didn’t say anything about it.
