Not up to expectations
We stayed for 7 days at this hotel and we were not satified with the service. when we ordered food from the room service menu, an additional charge of £3.5 was added to bring the food to the room! The restaurant was used for other arrangements and it was not possible for guest to make dinner reservations. The distance from the reception to the room was very long, as we stayed on the other side of the football stadium.

The designs of this Hotel is inconvenience in terms of way out. Only one way and for your to get out you have to walk all around the stadium to do ao. Ao long walk to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bad points are no enough water to drink and no hair dryer. The hall ways carpets are dirty and the main entrance door was dirty too. For a hotel doubletree Hotel of many around the world that ive had the oleasure of staying this was a bit disappointing. The staff were lovely. Thanks 😊

Very disappointed, noisy place, doors banging night time, people talking loudly late night, long distance no facilities about 15 minutes walking from the lift at the main entrance to get the room on the other side of the Stadium.

very easy to find the hotel and parking space; good breakfast as well; slightly confusing when walking in the corridor, as it is a huge building with long corridors, it'll be helpful if there're more signs/direction board along the way. staffs are all very friendly too

The hotle layout is a little bit confusing as some of the direction signs are a little ambiguous. The directions to the Marco Pier White restaurant says take the lift to the 3rd floor. So we took the lift to 3 and walked to the other end of the stadium to find another sign saying go down to the second floor.

The stay itself was OK - hotel was clean, great area, comfortable beds, staff were very friendly and helpful, etc.. I did have a few small issues that stacked up and impacted my overall experience. When I first checked in my first hotel key card didn't work and there is actually a lot of walking in this hotel due to the layout around the stadium so I had to lug my bags all over after a very long international flight. The thermostat in my room was very complicated and hard to use so it was never the right temp. The room staff fully cleaned linens/towels each day despite me indicating I would reuse them to save water. The wifi straight up didn't work for a little over two days and they ended up having to move me to a different room. Room service ignored my calls a few times and the front desk had to help me get in touch. Like I said, overall it was a fine stay but just wasn't quite as high of quality as I had expected.

Great base and good value.
Good location, great if you are a football fan. Hotel is part of the MK Dons stadium which makes for an interesting view of the pitch at breakfast. Hotel staff super friendly and efficient. Rooms well appointed and a nice size. Mattresses not the most comfortable, other than that the room was great. Onsite gym is well equipped. A good choice of restaurants within a five minute walk. Would be happy to return.

The reception was overwhelmed with the number of people trying to book in, only to be told rooms weren’t ready, customers were sent away and asked to return in an hours time, with rooms still not ready! We were there for an event and had also booked a table in marco pierre white restaurant, which we wax late for, which knock on to our arrival at the event too.

A sub par Double Tree
Nice to have a view over the pitch. But overall not up to the standard of a normal Double Tree. Also annoying that room service won’t deliver a glass of wine, only a bottle. Had to go down to the bar to get one. On my trip the heating wasn’t working in my room, when I called the front desk the knew it was a problem but didn’t tell me at checkin. I was given a small heater but it took over an hour for the room to heat up and I couldn’t leave it running overnight as it was too noisy.
