Good stay for few nights
For this price class it is a right hotel. If you like to walk and use metro this is perfect. Hotel is in area with lots of shops. Not so many nice restaurants tough. But lots of places to grab a fast meal. It is quite if you close the window. We had one little room with nice view and one big room with a nice terrace. Hotel is very much in need of an upgrade and restoration. Nice terrace on the roof. But breakfast was a disappointment. Loads of sugar pastries and very little for a healthy meal. Not even cucumber was served as one of the most common things for breakfast. Not so clean either. Glasses and cups dirty. If you eat vegan/vegetarian or halal this will not be a good option for breakfast unless you love sugar for breakfast. Parking is also useless if you come with a large car. We parked (VW, Multivan) at the very expensive Tadino which charges 40 eur pr day. Staff at this hotel is amazing, polite and service minded.

Not sure i liked this hotel. Room was okay sized, bed was nice enough. The bathroom was very small. Could barely get in and out of the shower. There was a strange smell in the room, kinda smelled like poop from another room. The spa area was nice enough. But i dislike that people bring in kids that use the spa as a playground. There was a distinct lack of serenetiy in the spa area. Showers in the spa didn't work properly. Breakfast was so and so aswell. Very picked out towards the end of the sessions. All in all not going back to UNA Hotels Galles Milano

The hotel was amazing, Not overcrowded. Wonderful rooftop, or swimming pool that you could enjoy alone, in the middle of Milano. Metro straight from the main entrance, very comfortable. Just they maybe should find a new bartender in lobby bar.

Romslig, sentralt og et fredelig oase i Storbyen
Milano er en hektisk storby med mye inntrykk og store avstander. Derfor var det hyggelig å ha et hotell som lå sentralt med gode kollektivtilbud, nær til mange butikker, men ikke minst med eget spa-avdeling i underetasjen der vi fikk ta fredelige pauser mellom øktene. I tillegg var familierom stort og romslig med fint bad i tillegg og hotellet hadde eget takterasse med fin utsikt over byen. Vi fikk valuta for pengene. Noe minus for at frokost ble 12 Euro per person uten rabatt til ungene. Men ungene var fornøyde siden Wifi var gratis og kjapt nok i hele hotellet. For dem var det som var det viktigste.

God plassering og standard til akseptabel pris !
Fin service og renhet. Svært praktisk med handlemuligheter på stedet og undergrunnsstasjon i kjelleren. Litt kronglete ganger og det bar preg av gamle løsninger og ombygginger. Dessuten upraktisk tilgang til Bassengområdet, uten gode skiftemuligheter.

Behagelig hotell
Deilig med et bad om ettermiddagen i svømmebassenget i underetasjen. Flott terrasse over restauranten i 6. etasje. Romslig for tre personer. Ekstraseng i eget rom med TV. Fint bad. Vannkoker i kjøkkenkroken. Vi hadde rom i andre etasje og hørte undergrunnen ganske godt. Stille om natta. Mange butikker i nærheten.

Lovely stay! Stayed here for 3 days 4 nights with my family. Although there's not much to do near the area apart from strolling around to a few shops, it's conveniently located near Lima Station - right in front the hotel, so you can easily travel to Duomo and other tourist spots in under 30 mins. The lobby was elegant and welcoming. There's plenty of lifts so you barely wait for long time to get on. Breakfast was amazing, generous serving with a variety of choices which varies on a daily basis! The gym, sauna, steam room and pool was a nice touch as well. The pool may need to be a more heated though as its quite cold when we took a dip. The rooms were decent sized. Definitely need some renovations and it can be quite warm at night. There's AC but they're not as strong. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh new towels as well. Water refilling station near lift 3 was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop terrace was amazing if you're lucky to go up there on a sunny day - you can see the Alps on clear skies! They also allowed us to store our luggage for free in a secured storage behind the desk. The professionalism and hospitality from all the staff have been outstanding! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The walls are not soundproof at all. Some drunken people slammed their door at midnight and was yelling in the hallway and one of the people opened my door while I was laying in bed. Staff at the reception desk were nice. Room is tiny but clean except for the kettle for boiling water needs to be cleaned.

Great hotel. I don’t recommend walking from Milano Centrale. Take a cab or the Metro stop is right out front. On the Metro station beware of an elderly man with a small grey book bag. He is a pickpocket. Ladro!
