Everything you may need
This property was perfect for our fall retreat. The kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking needs, and there was ample sleeping space for our group. The rain made it a bit harder to use the outdoor spaces but cooled everything off inside, which was nice because there was no central air conditioning. The hosts were flexible and great communicators, working with our unique needs. We would definitely recommend it and come back.

Great family cabin with very responsive owners.
This is a great family cabin. There were 15 of us and everyone fit very nicely here. It’s comfortable, it’s beautiful, it’s spacious, it’s everything we wanted. The location is superb. Midway is a beautiful town. The canyon was gorgeous. We found lots of fun things to do there. I highly recommend this cabin. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Great place for retreat
This was a perfect place for a girls retreat! Plenty of rooms, lots of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen- such a comfortable and inviting space. So clean inside and out. The location is excellent!

Perfect escape!
We had our ward youth girls camp at this cabin. It was the perfect stay! The location is remote and felt totally private, which is exactly what I was looking for! We were outside most of the time, with plenty of activities to do on this amazing property! The cabin itself was very clean, everything just as described! The Beals have been an absolute pleasure to communicate with as this had been months in the making. Check in and checkout was a breeze. This was deemed our favorite girls camp ever, thank you so much!!

Winter retreat
We had a wellness retreat for our trainees which was much appreciated. The owners made check in and out easy and clear. 4wd or chains needed to go up driveway after snowfall, one in our group got stuck and put on chains. It was easy to get to Sundance where there are two EV chargers. There are no nearby Superchargers, so bring your adapter.

Above Expectations!!
Hands down the best rental home and host we’ve had to date - and we love to travel! Ann goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY need is thought of. We happened to stay during during a time when the area was receiving an unusual amount of snow. Ann and her husband had the area plowed multiple times for our ease of use. The home was very clean, super spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need (and more). It was really like being at home but in a beautiful winter wonderland. If you are viewing this property you’ve come across a hidden gem!

Great Location with Attentive Owners
A beautiful house nestled in the back of a property. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and the beds were numerous and as advertised. We had trouble with the heat (though not unbearable) and the owners had a technician out that evening- so accommodating! A great house for a big group with plenty of space… not to mention the picturesque snowfall we got!!! Highly recommend

Girls Weekend
The Beal Cabin was an amazing rental for our group of 9 women. There were enough beds for all, the kitchen was fully stocked so that we were able to cook all of our meals in, the great room/kitchen was wonderful for hanging out and playing games. Chelsey and Ann were great to work with and answered questions quickly. There was also great hiking within a mile of the cabin. A great weekend retreat!

Excellent Cabin, Excellent Location, Excellent Owners!
The cabin was used for a business retreat for 10 Adults over multiple days and it was better than expected. We will be returning to use this cabin again! The cabin is larger than it looks, has plenty of parking, and we were easily able to cook together, meet together, and eat together. There is plenty of seating, gathering spaces, large beds and 4 full-size bathrooms. In addition, there is plenty of deck space outside of the cabin. The communication from the owner was clear and easy to understand and follow. The cabin is in a magnificent location and we all enjoyed nature and peace and quiet due to the location. Although remote and peacefully situated up the mountain, town is a short drive away and the high-speed internet was sufficient for our large group of adults with multiple devices. Although cell service was not available due to the location, WiFi calling was smooth and convenient. (WiFi signals were strong and clear on the main level, downstairs, and upstairs!) The cabin is up-to-date, clean and luxurious. Everything is bright and comfortable.

Amazing cabin for extended family get-together!!
First off, the Beal's were stellar to work with! They answered questions promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is Amazing!! The cabin is large, well-stocked, clean, in a gorgeous forest, plenty of room, beautiful, secluded, in an amazing location... Just the perfect place for an extended family get-together!!! We definitely recommend!!! Five stars all around!!! Thank you Beal's for such an amazing vacation!!!!

Great quiet canyon getaway
One of the best mountain cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect for our big family group of 13 with kids ages infant to 7. Very secluded, beautiful scenery, comfy beds, great decks, lots of parking, saw deer all 6 days, close to 2 reservoirs, golfing, restaurants close by. Had lots of kitchen appliances, spices. Lots of large gathering spaces. And a yard big enough for corn hole or frisbee. Would definitely stay here again! Owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was good for us. Top notch!

Quick Getaway
Cabin was even better than in the pictures. Which is hard to convey how nice this home was to stay in. Plenty of room for 3+ families to stay comfortably and not feel like you are on top of each other. Short drive to Park City, Deervalley, and Heber City. Host was available day in and day out to help with all our questions as well! We will be coming back for sure!

Our family used the home for a family reunion around the marriage of our youngest daughter. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin is In a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing setting, and the cabin itself is terrific, well appointed and equipped. It couldn’t have met our needs any better.

Second time just as great as the first!
This was the second time bringing my leadership team to this cabin for an offsite. Everyone loved it just as much as the first time. It’s so nice, and although it’s not far from the main road, you feel like you’re away from it all. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Ann is the perfect host to work with. She is so accommodating. I’m sure we will be back again in the near future.

Sister retreat- we had a 90 year old, 85 year old and us younger ones -65 and up! All girls! We had such a great time at the Beal cabin! One morning wild turkeys showed up and that was such a treat! House is fully furnished! Great stay, we will be back next year!

Perfect Getaway
We absolutely loved staying at Ann's home. It was truly perfect. Such a great location, the cabin is nestled away in tall pines and feels like you are the only ones around. Our kids had so much fun running around the property and laughter was heard all day. The home is immaculate. Well stocked with everything needed down to ziplock bags. Air conditioner upstairs and heater in the basement just in case they are needed. We loved the outdoor living spaces for playing games and just relaxing. Plenty of extra mattresses for kids in the upstairs room and tons of extra bedding. Ann was very helpful and recommended several things for us to do. We were also invited to check in early since they didn't have guests leaving the day we arrived. We were also told to stay as long as we wanted on our check out day for the same reason. Which gave us a lot more time together. Upon arriving home, my sister realized she had left her expensive blow dryer. I contacted Ann which promptly contacted the cleaners and within one day, had the blow dryer at her home and I'm picking it up in 2 days. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we hope to return yearly! You will not regret choosing this cabin for your getaway!

Perfect getaway
Wow, I couldn’t say enough positive things about this location. Everything from booking to getting to the property to staying in the lodge was DIVINE! I hosted a women’s group of 14 and there were plenty of places to sleep — comfortable pads and extra bedding! The kitchen was stocked and there was a cozy fireplace inside that made our winter stay comfortable. We did not get any service and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working well, but we didn’t mind. Thank you!

BEST BIRTHDAY/SNOW TRIP EVER!
We are a large ski & snowboard group. We travel every year &, by far, this was the BEST home we have ever stayed at! Staring from before the trip, the owner made us feel welcome! She kept us informed of the weather, etc. If you go in the winter you will need 4 wheel drive or chains to go up the mountain, but it is totally worth it! Where to start? The home is AMAZING! The entire home is so spacious and complete. We were all spaced out never feeling cramped, and plenty of room for all of us to be together for dinner time or socializing in the living room after a long day on the slopes. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms where very roomy as well. The cabin has an amazing view, and very quiet and peaceful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cozy cabin in the woods
The cabin exceeded all our expectations! It was exactly what we wanted/needed for a last minute winter getaway with family visiting from out of town. We enjoyed the little book about the renovations of the cabin and how it came to be what it is now. It is completely stocked with all your needs. The owner also left tubes and sleds for us to play with which we used just sledding down the driveway. We had such a blast! It was an amazing place to make new memories with our family. It has a feeling of being miles away from everything but in reality it was only minutes away from all of our activities (sledding at Soldier Hollow, snowmobiling at Wasatch State Park, and Ice Castles). We were definitely in a Winter Wonderland and we loved every minute of it! We were all so bummed when it was time to leave, especially the kids! And last but not least, the owner(s) are very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Absolutely wonderful secluded cabin!
I cannot write enough wonderful things about this house. We were really looking for a secluded cabin in the snow.. this lovely home is just that. It's secluded, its private.. it has the most beautiful views from every window and every door/balcony. It feels as if you are in the middle of no where. There was an over abundance of warm cozy blankets to snuggle with.. more than plenty of beds, places to sleep and things to be entertained with. We loved that there was toys for the small ones to enjoy. The home is very well taken care of, and very clean. We brought every thing we needed from home, for cooking, toiletries, etc but the owners had this home stocked so well. Cooking sprays, spices, shampoos, ziplock bags, plastic wrap.. everything you could need. We have been to many vacation homes and this one was by far that most comfortably stocked for our stay. Also, we were looking forward mostly for snow.. but Utah has been so warm this winter that we knew going on this trip that most likely there wouldn't be snow at the property. Much to our surprise, 2 mins before you enter the property there was a bunch of snow everywhere. This was a total surprise as midway had no snow anywhere else. It was lovely. There was so many places to sled on the property. Also, the owners are so helpful, everytime I emailed them before/after booking the property, I had a reply from them instantly. That was very much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back very soon!

Beautiful cabin and ideal location
Perfect location for off trail riding, fishing and golfing. It was still close enough to the grocery store and ice cream that we didn’t feel isolated. The cabin had a ton of open space and plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Mountain Retreat
We loved staying at the Beal's beautiful cabin with our children and grandchildren! We had family pictures taken while we were staying on the property and it was the perfect setting--it will always remind us that we want to return again!! The layout and remodel of this cabin was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing. The online listing and pictures were very accurate--except the cabin is even better in person. There were 17 of us and there was plenty of room to accommodate all. The two-car garage and big lot allowed us to easily fit 5 cars on the property. The kitchen with the large table and big island was also a bonus at meal time. The kitchen was well-stocked and contained everything we needed. The family room was a great place to gather every evening and play games. We loved the location--although it is just a few minutes from Wasatch Mountain State Golf Course in Midway, it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The grandkids loved seeing the wild turkeys that would wander around every morning and we all enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck. We were also close enough to be able to spend one day at Jordanelle Reservoir, bike ride down Provo River Bike Trail, take the tour at Heber Valley Dairy Farm, and ride the Heber Valley Railroad. We would highly recommend this property. The check in and check out was simple and the owners were great to answer all the questions we had, both before and during our stay.

Placida, again, I appreciate your suggestions, and am so sorry the neighbors were rude to your kids. With your group being as large as it was, perhaps the traffic back an forth was just more than regular, so they were frustrated.
