3day stay
I used to stay at this hotel before, but they changed the decor and at night looks a bit creepy. The rooms are huge and the service is really good. We had an incident at our room where we saw a cockroach on our second last day, and the manager was quick to help us get a new room. We also got an apology and a voucher in return. Overall I know they work hard to clean the hotels everyday, but that was a first experience. The swimming pool is big and I love the view from the resturaunt.

The property is very nice and upscale. However, they don’t tell you that you have to pay an additional $50 a night to park. They charge you $600 deposit along with charging your card an additional $271 the day before check in. The room is provided with snacks, alcohol, water, beverages, but don’t get tricked, it’s not free! They don’t tell you that either! I had to call several times to get a copy of our receipt that was supposed to have been provided upon check out. I needed a detailed description of the charges the was charged to my card. Customer service was okay. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. It definitely met our expectations and more.

Rooms were dirty.. paint chipping, the tv had no audio, only one bedside lamp worked. The shower was dirty. The toilet didn’t work, had to request maintenance. When you check in you’re given a “digital concierge” She replied hours apart or sometimes none at all. On the expedia you have an option to pay more for breakfast, breakfast is one bagel or a bowl of fruits or yogurt. Along with one drink (no refills) or tea. We sat for breakfast, service was EXTREMELY slow. I was charged $102 additional to the price I paid through Expedia for “amenities” but was not told this at check in. Only after I seen charges on my card after leaving and calling was I informed what the charge was for. There’s a $250 hold for incidentals PER NIGHT. Front desk is extremely slow, check in was a long wait. Workers in the front stood there and talked while a line formed, ignoring guest. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. Solid 3/10 experience

Hi to be clear there is an incedental hold of 200.00 per day during your stay. A resort fee which is 45.00 per day. Each hold and charge is in your confirmation prior to arrival. At check in we do make sure we go over it during the check in process. If this was not covered we apologize and will use this feedback to be better. Have an amazing day.

Fire alarm going all night guests were not told of malfunctioning alarm. Blaring tvs until 3 am. Tv in our room only had music channels. Had stove in room but no pots to boil water for coffee. Not woth the cost to stay there.

The rooms need to be destroyed and rebuilt! Everything is broken, mold is everywhere, dust, windows, curtains and etc, you can’t even walk in their room or taking a shower with no shoes, it is really disgusting! And don’t even bother to complain they will try to move you to a “better” room, but all the rooms are the same. Stay away!

We had a what seemed to be nice room bit once we found out the a.c was locked it ruined oir weekend some what we had to stay out and do different thing to do to get cool air at restaurants and shops..tried to sleep seem like soon as we enter the room the air automatically cut off had to get our own ice bu ket to wrap in towels trying to cool off..woke with stuffy nose and dry air..bathroom shower did not stay hot long enough for both of us to sit in there to try to open oir nose..the hall smelled like strong use of weed not that it bothered us but i thought this was a smoke free facility. I didnt like the text reminding me of check out time,this not our first time at a somewhat fancy hotel

So much potential, but. Staff are not customer focused and most seem unaware or on their first day. Fire alarm sounded from two am to seven thirty, on and off all night. Staff ignored that it was even happening upon check out. A vacation that was unfortunately cut short from lack of being able to relax. Aside from the views, just don’t.

i don’t understand how this hotel can be rated as a 4 star hotel. half of the lights in the room didn’t work, there were no light fixtures in the bedroom, the light fixtures around the mirror in the bathroom were covered in dust, the curtains were stained, there was grime in the shower and the desk chair was cracked and broken. the thermostat didn’t work and neither did the safe in our room. i have never stayed in a hotel that made me feel as dirty as this one did. they’re charging 4 star prices for a 2 star experience. save your money and stay somewhere else.

We traveled very late arrived at 3am. The rooms were nasty. Feces left in toilet upon arrival. Not clean at all. Offered to switch rooms just to walk in and NO ELECTRICITY in the second room. also we were considered a “pent house” room SCAM! Staff constantly gave incorrect information. We woke up at 10am to drilling right above our room and it lasted all day. I come to Miami often and have never been this disappointed with a stay. I would never recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it were the valet people. DON’T BE FOOLED BY ONLINE PICTURES OR THE LOBBY IN PERSON. The lobby was beautiful but it’s a first impression SCAM!

No complaints about service or property. Great location & probably one of the best pools & views on SoBe. Just wish ahead if time @ check in they required $1k sec deposit for 4 days. Never stayed anywhere with that exorbitant amount. Didn’t help I only bought one credit card and didn’t accept Apple Pay
