Fint hotell, men velger nok et annet hotell neste gang jeg drar til Miami Beach. For dyrt sammenlignet med hva man får igjen ("value for money") Ikke imponert over personalet (spesielt uteområde). Mye støy på balkonger fra kjøpeaggregat på noen etasjer under (selv de høyeste etasjene). Mye kø i innsjekk. Mye push på salg og oppgraderinger (soneinndelt uteområde). Dyr mat. Dårlig utvalg mat - allergi/glutenfritt.

Fint hotell og beliggenhet. Valet parkering er eneste muligheten, koster mye penger og det tar meget lang tid før du får bilen.

It is pretty mediocre, I thought they renovated but the hotel rooms are low quality touch ups, putting marble in bathrooms isn’t a quick fix, especially when the selection and craftsmanship isn’t there.

Air conditioning in room did not work well and ventilation was a concern as we smelled cigarette smoke in our room that traveled from another room. Guests should notify hotel if any walking restrictions as hotel site is very big.

Okay now the location is really nice, the suite that we took had a great interior and ocean view. That’s really nice and everyone knows that. My 1 star review here, is that the service was really bad. People on the front desk were not of a help, their consierge people were very rude. At the pool, the hostess and the waitress were REALLY RUDE and maybe racist ? On the pool for over 1 hour no one took our order for food or drink, although we called them a lot !! Also, our room balcony door had a missing handle on the floor. I paid tons of money for 2 nights, and they told me that they can’t send someone for room service unless scheduled?? I guess everyone wants to clean their rooms. Fianlly, I found lots of cockroaches in their bathrooms, which I have the video for. All in all it’s very very sad when we try a 5 stars fancy hotel, and pay all that money, and get a terrible services from the staff!!!!

Furniture was old and cracked. Paid for an oceanfront room and I was placed on the 3rd floor in front of a row of palm trees. The staff gave me a hotel credit for $100 to spend at the hotel. Not what was advertised whatsoever. I’ll NEVER go back!

I really enjoyed the ambiance. The music, the heated pools, and the staff. Everyone was pleasant and easy to approach. For a holiday weekend it was easy going. The hotel was family friendly. The only downside was the pools closed early but everything was amazing.

Attention to details, safety very poor. Got stock in the elevator for 35 minutes I had to call 911 for help. The hotel response is very slow. Got no call from the hotel management until I call my self. I will never stay there again
