Infrequent cleaning - but great location
Great location and friendly staff. Room was ok, although be aware there might be some noise from the adjoining Clevelander Hotel. We were, however, extremely disappointed by the cleaning. It is simply not acceptable to clean the room every three days. This results in huge amounts of trash in a small room, and an overall cheap and uncomfortable feel. Next time we will stay in a place that cleans every days.

Classy, autentisk og veldig, veldig god plassering. Nydelig, stor foaje. Frokosten har litt enkel american plastic feel, og desverre hovedsaklig med de samme porsjonspakningen man finner overalt. Rommet er greit, sengen god - men lyden slipper inn fra naborummet. Anbefaler likevel dette hotellet!

Great location in walking distance to many restaurants and couple minutes to the beach. Old run down hotel with old dirty carpet. The towels and bedding were nice and clean but floor was dirty and sticky. Very loud location! Even ear plugs did not work. So if good sleep is important to you choose something away from Ocean Dr.

Property seemed of done some renovations but looks like they went with the lowest lowest bidder. Toilet had no pressure to flush. Bathroom floor and tub were sloped. Elevator would breakdown here and there. Carpet in hallway was dingy.

Excellent location. On corner; short walks near everything. The amenities indicate beach towels and chairs-true. However, this beach area is five blocks away. Quite a walk AND it doesn't include umbrella--which was $55! What a joke. Parking is no where to be found - which they indicate there is parking--so opted for Valet at $50 a day--would be okay but Valet was never on time--missed a tour because of this delay. VIP is not accurate, everyone gets a free drink coupon. Nothing special for VIP members.

Didn’t specify pool access was limited to adults so had to book another hotel in addition to the 2 rooms I had with them for pool access. Also no air for 4 days! I got and gnats in the room because of the heat had to buy raid .

Location is nice, right by the beach, staff were not the swiftest while answering the phone, the walls are paper thin I wouldn't recommend this place to stay

The front desk guy on Sunday 3/24 night was horrible so rude not accommodating at all. The lady and man with the locs very helpful and made up for their horrible coworker this was not my first stay here so I was shocked at how my family was treated after checking in on Sunday

The location was great but it was surrounded by young people dancing, smoking and drinking on the stairs which lead to the lobby. The bar was noisy and loud music all the time. We got the complimentary coffee and croissant but it felt like almsgiving, even though we ordered extra from the menu. The washroom was too small and while showering we had to be careful and put a towel down to stop the water from getting all over. There was no fridge in the room. :(
