Excellent ambiance and location to airport. Too noisy though. Planes and trains every 3 minutes. Light sleepers won’t get any sleep.

Was fantastic! We arrived early and was able to drop off luggage early with the bellhop and was given a key to go to the pool until checkin also the free breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well, would definitely stay here again!

There was a roach crawling across our pillows! There was also ants on the bed sheets. The front desk staff was rude. They double booked our room as someone was in our room when we tried to access eith the digital key. If it wasn't for the door jamber, we would have walked in on someone as our key worked. Front desk gave us an attitude as they switched us to another room saying we were only here for 1 night.

Everything was great. A little confusing trying to get the shuttle from the airport to hotel. There is no clear phone number to get them but after a while we found it

I have stayed at multiple Embassy Suites before. This one by far has been the worst! The maids do NOT come daily to clean your room, they will NOT give you extra towels if you ask. The hot tub water was green, and dirty. We never saw anybody come and clean it the five days we stayed here. The parking is $25 a night something that is not mentioned in the booking. You will NOT have a good nights sleep as this is a noisy hotel. You hear the planes all night and if that noise is not enough then you get to hear the train. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The cruise port shuttle operator, run by an outside company, probably needs customer service training and was not organized at all. We always love the included breakfast buffets and specifically choose Embassy Suites for this. Coffee at this location however was not good. Maybe change to a different brand. Otherwise a quick, but as always, wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Miami!

The staff kept following my family asking did we have a room here. When I asked the front desk why they did that I was told They have a lot of people come to the hotel to eat breakfast and access the pool who don’t have rooms here. I told her it was confrontational for them to do that and all she said was she understands. A staff member also confronted my 11 year old when he was leaving the pool to go inside and asked if he had a key. With all the human trafficking going on in the world today no one should be confronting children in this manner.

The front desk attendant seemed upset to have to check me in. She didn't make eye contact or smile...not even once. I reserved a king suite but was told those weren't available. What's the point of the reservation? $25 self parking cost when you're staying at the property is pretty ridiculous. Bartender is super pleasant and the bar was pretty lively.

The location is great. 15 minute Uber to downtown, to the dolphin mall and all the great spots. The free airport shuttle service is nice. The room is nice and fitted the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 small kids. The foldout couch was alright for sleeping. The breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. Definitely would visit again!
