Overall pretty good. Nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Great location with Bourke street close by and lots of food options and coffee bars. Would recommend.

部屋も清潔で、建物もおしゃれ。 ホテルに付属してるバーやレストランも素敵でした。 クイーンビクトリアマーケットにも歩いて5分程度で行けるし、トラムの駅も近いので交通の便は良かったです。毎日、清掃ついでに牛乳のミニパック2本と紅茶などのアメニティーを充実させてくれてるのがありがたかったです。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。

This is the second time we stayed here. Loved its location, within 3-5 mins walk to the Elizabeth Street tram stop and Melbourne Central station, shopping area and plenty of restaurants. Perfect in every way.

The hotel was great. Super nice and clean. I would say that it’s not very obvious for patrons of the Ibis to know where to go. There was no one at the ground floor to direct people and I feel like if you had a language barrier, you may not know where to go. The reception is on the second floor. They have an express check in that was very convenient and easy. There are people at reception if you need them. I did have ti ask where breakfast was as again, it isn’t obvious and they have 3 floors with different restaurants. It is pretty easy to get to the hotel via transit once you figure it out. I took an express bus from the airport and then took the train. From Melbourne central, it is an easy 10min walk max. Despite it being in a small street that looks almost like an alley, I felt pretty safe at night as a solo female traveller although I would just be cautions since getting to the main road you have to pass by small alleyways but there was always people around so it didn’t bother me. I found the tram and bus situation a bit complicated, but all of that is very close to the hotel. The room was nice and small, but had a distinct smell. I got a queen compact room, but I could see how there may not be enough room for two people or if you are a tall or bigger person, the shower is very tight. The sink is located in the room so not much space and only one drawer for clothing.

Small very clean room perfectly adequate for one person a week. Not suitable for two. TV could do with being higher as cut myself on the edge a couple of time. Lack of drawers or shelves was not an issue for me but the inbuilt safe was a plus. I prepaid for breakfast and it was excellent value. Staff were all very helpful. Small cafe attached was not part of the hotel and closed early

Great location and friendly staff. Only downside is rooms are extremely small, not even a table or chair. The rooms also smell musty but would stay again for the location.

Being from the country regions i was confused how to check in and with 2 accommodations, Ibis and Novotel in one building?? No one at check in desk. Lucky, A concierge person helped me by telling me to go to level 2 to check in and no person was there for the Ibis. Had to check in like at the airport. Confusing at first for sure. Otherwise, great stay and convenient to go to Pink concert. Lovely inside and the pillows were soooo comfortable. Weird style bathroom if you have the blinds open at room window, no privacy. Different. Thank you
