«We had a nice stay here. We appreciated how quiet it was even with there being two other units. The supply of amenities (paper towel, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper) were all much appreciated. There was an additional supply of blankets as well which was great given that it’s winter time in Michigan. The place heated up nicely. «The house was clean, lots of breakables we had to hide in a closet away from our kids but fine once everything was moved. No counter space to cook but there are several places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. There is a small park two blocks behind for the kids. The space was perfect for a place to sleep while in town for a memorial.»

We traveled with our family of 4 and our dog - upon arrival there was a dog bed, treats, and dishes. For the humans, a workout room as well as a well-appointed bathroom and kitchen. «Clean, quiet, no issues. Necessities available. Easy access to Jackson, I-94, I-127. Everything worked--almost ~!~! Large bedroom needs some lights. No overhead, one didn't work, other 2 very low wattage bulbs. At least 2 probably a fire hazard. TV has been discussed with owner. Great place with a few upgrades needed ~!~!~!»

«We stayed in the apt attached/above horse arena. Super clean, quiet, brand new everything, huge t.v's and darling horsey decor. Coming down the drive is beautiful w horses in pastures and added bonus there was a new foal w momma when we stayed, so cute!! Super friendly hosts, truly one of best stays in quite some time. As apt is well stocked, easy to keep clean w perfect flooring, great kitchen and laundry. Already booked for next year!»

«The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean. It felt good. There was a small issue where my book room had some issues. The property manager called me and asked if it would be okay if I checked into a different apartment of course! I said that would be fine and the other apartment was just as well done as the other! The checkout requests are easy and simple in the property manager was prompt to send me all the information I needed for a great one week stay. If I am in the Lansing area again ...

«There was a reservation challenge. Communication was excellent. I spoke with a very efficient and friendly Justin and Morgan. They did everything to make it work. We had a great time. Our apartment number 8 looks different. It was very modern with the biggest tv that anyone could dream of. Linens were exceptional. Plenty of parking. If I had to say anything i would recomend an additional towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place.»

All he did was put a portable A/C unit in the room. This apartment is in an actual apartment building with actual tenants. Very very dirty outside of building and inside and smelled. «Listing said Glendora ca, we drove 20 hours from Texas for the hosts to tell us the home is in Michigan. The hosts also, before we realized it was the wrong state, said the room was also unavailable and we needed another one. We got left stranded. No managers to speak with. No one offered a solution other than wait for our money and oh well. I will never use this again. The biggest scam.»

«While it could have been worse, we were disappointed in our stay. It appeared clean at first, but as we stayed we noticed garbage under the coffee table, cobwebs in the bathroom, and a layer of grease on the kitchen cabinets. The lighting is poor in this basement unit, so it very much felt like you were in a basement. The kitchen was poorly stocked, most cabinets were empty. «We traveled to Michigan from out of state for a family wedding. With 9 in our group ranging in age from 2 - 80 this was a wonderful place to stay! The little ones were able to be themselves while others were able to relax. You can take a walk since it is located in the country. We were able to have extended family over for coffee and donuts and visit in the large dining area. We stayed for 4 days and it became affectionately referred to as 'Grandma's Farm'!»

«We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing.»
