Very nice hotel with great first impression. Unfortunately, the impression fell during the stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff very nice and helpful. We had all inclusive drinks and food, which meant a great buffet three times a day and open bar. I have nothing to complain about with the food. Everything was labelled with allergens and they had both local and European cuisine. The drinks, however, were not that impressive. We ordered red wine, which was sour and full of cork. We also ordered several drinks which never contained the right ingredients... We also found the staff overworked. The same staff that served us dinner one day, served all the meals the next day as well. Overall a very nice hotel, but it lacked a bit for top notch.

Great centrally located hotel
We stayed at Medina Gardens late october 2019. It is perfectly located, short walkes to the centre of the city. Outside the entrance there is a taxi stand. All inclusive very good, variations in food every day. No balcony in our room, but great garden to relax in.

There was nothing not to like about this property,it had everything you could have wanted and more. Food was great & excellent variety,always different every day. All areas very clean and gardens manicured. As for all the staff,they do so much for you,you don't lift a finger,and anything is no trouble at all. A definate return is on the cards for next year.

L’hôtel est très fortement recommandable. Le personnel s’applique à ce que tout se passe bien, quelle que soit nos besoins. La nourriture est abondante avec un effort de présentation. Le gros point négatif est concernant les chambres supérieures (balcon jacuzzi) qui sont situées juste en dessous d’un resto bar indépendant qui fait un bruit énorme jusqu’à minuit, bien dommage alors qu’on paie chères pour ces chambres ! Évitez les chambres 31XX ( le nombre grimpe, vous subirez le bar). J’ai un gros doute sur le nettoyage des jaccuzzis.

Excellent location; probably one of the best for an all-inclusive resort. Despite being right in the middle of the city, the resort is so peaceful and quiet. The staff couldn't do enough to make our experience wonderful - reception staff, bar staff, waiters and housekeeping. All should be commended. Could not have asked for more for a mini-break.

This property was a huge disappointment, firstly the average age of all guests is about 60 years old! My friend and I in our 30s often made jokes that we were in an old people’s home! The lobby areas of the hotel even had an awful smell to it, the day we left they put on some incense and that dramatically helped but before that it was horrendous! The rooms are very clean and new looking but extremely tight, the food is ok but needless to say I wouldn’t book this place again!

Just returned from a fantastic five night stay at this hotel. The room was great. The food was amazing - lots of choices at the buffet and we had a lovely meal in the a la carte restaurant too. Nothing was too much for the staff and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is a short walk to the main square but once in the hotel and grounds it is very peaceful. I would definitely return.

We picked this hotel as we wanted to be able t relax and also enjoy the sights of Marrakesh. The location was brilliant...a 10 minute walk to the main square and about the same to the souks. You could easily get a cab from outside the hotel for further afield sights. The food was excellent with so much choice. The pool area was very relaxed and easy to get beds. They have a no save policy which customers adhered to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all seemed to really get along with each other which made for a fantastic hotel vibe. Absolutely recommend.

Started off a nightmare with checking in and reservations, ended up being a ok stay at 4* hotel Hotel is a 4* hotel at best. Certainly not a 5 star (as its advertised). Food is good, lots of choice, but they are very strict on timings. Check out is strict! Check-Out: At 12 pm (at the latest) Guests are requested to vacate the rooms at no later than 12 pm. You can leave their luggage at the reception, have lunch at the restaurant and leave the hotel at 3:00 pm (at the latest) Late Check-Out extra charges: 1. Access to the hotel (without rooms) - Late check-out until 6 pm is possible and charged at 150 MAD (£12 per person) per person (snack and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm. - Late check-out until 8 pm is possible and charged at 300 MAD (£30 per person) per person (snack, dinner and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm. 2. Everything was good about the place except the air conditioning in our room was not working. When I approached the Front Desk to complain they said that it is turned off during this time. For some reason I could heat my room but not cool it!. Luckily Marrakech gets cool at night thus I was able to open the doors and window to cool the room. Albeit I had to suffer from the city noises which made it hard to sleep

Wonderful experience
Way better than expected. We were there for only one day but the service was exceptional. They decorated our bed as it was our anniversary on short notice. The food was exceptional - breakfast lunch and dinner - desserts specially. All the staffs always had a smile on their face. We definitely want to go back at some point and stay for few more days. Lots of space to walk around filled with orange and lemon trees and lots of amenities as well.

Fabulous spot for Marrakesh. A quiet place in a central location. Nice hotel although it’s poor quality decor in parts. Cheap finishes, poor paint jobs, old bathrooms. All of the staff were excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Food was mostly good. Masses of choice so with so much choice it was a bit hit and miss. So much to do and see I could have stayed another week

We had a fantastic stay at Medina Gardens. The staff we incredible, the hotel was beautiful and perfectly located to pop into the centre and souks, whilst having an oasis of calm nearby. The perfect location for some January sun. We would definitely come back.
