Poor stay conditions very old needs a huge maintenance. Very noisy from the staff who keep talking loudly in the coridors. Had a 1 month vacation in morocco but spent the worst 2 nights in this hotel which doesn't diserve the rate on expedia. The room was very tinny, and badly maintained wall pint kept coming off. Shower broken, washroom sliding door make noise and hard to open or to close. The small balcony very dirty with birds wastes and more and more....😡😡😡😡😡😡 tis unit was 👎👎👎👎

The room was awful. The bed was unstable, the person at the reception refused to speak to me and completely unhelpful. The lift did not work and the hotel itself was very unkempt. Only positive is the location.

-Avantage:Bon emplacement en face à faculté de science pas loin de la gare oncf (presque 20min a pied et 5min par voiture) . Chambre propre avec salle de bain privative serviette renouvellé et menage fait chaque jour .chambre spacieuse . -Incovenient: pulverisateur salle de bain n'est pas adapté a sa place et le bruit des motos qui passent de la route. A part ca rapport qualité prix il est trés bien

Ich komme hier seit einem Jahr mehrmals monatlich hin und werde nie enttäuscht. Für den Preis lohnt sich dieses Hotel. Es hat einen super Anschluss mit dem Bus 1 an den Jemaa El Fna und hat auch viele Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse davor. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, Heizung. Das Internet funktioniert nicht in allen räumen.

Book this property before leaving the UK knew it wasn’t going to be great but seemed atleast okay for the trip, walked into the first room and the bathroom was flooded by what could only be described at toilet bowl water, the beds was like a prison and there was barely any other furnishing in the room, told them this they than moved me to a second room, then his room had cracks all over the wall, was completely bare besides from the beds which again was like prison style and indented mattress print which was like a massive hole, the bathroom tap wasn’t running properly instead running back towards the tap head and flooding the floor. I requested a refund within 20-30 minutes and spent an hour on the phone with travel agent and hotel owner to get this sorted and moved to a different hotel instead with a little more than the bare minimum if that, iv stayed at hostels with better facilities

Good location within 15min walk from train and coach station, good range of eating places and shops nearly by. A taxi would get you to Jamaa Lafna for around £1. Friendly staff. Everything else was poor, shower didn't work, springs on the mattress were gone and it felt like I was sinking. We did query shower with staff and they said hotel was full and there was nothing they could do for us.

I would not recommend anyone stay at that hotel. It is perhaps the cheapest in the whole of Marrakesh, but that discount comes at a terrible price. I spent a day at that hotel and did not even shower there. When I first got there I turned on the faucet the water was brownish, and smelled of urine. It was an overall despicable experience. It is however not located in a bad area, and the rooms are not necessarily bad for the price. But there are no TVs, no breakfast, hallways are dark (have to use flashlight even during the day). At the end I wish I had paid a little more to get something much better. I will never go back there again.

There’s plenty wrong with this hotel , but I’ll talk about good. Friendly staff , the man that helped and Amman that let me leave baggage . Air conditioning worked. Cheapest hotel on the website

Took my parents there for a night stay since they got tired and couldn’t walk much… cozy stay! And the gentleman in the front desk made all the difference! Great attitude, and excellent customer service…

SamirNous sommes désolés de voire que votre expérience avec nous ne vous ai pas plu.Tout d’abord, évidemment que toutes les chambres ont l’eau, froide et chaude!En ce qui concerne le parking, c’est un parking public et il suffit de dire au gardien que vous êtes à l’hôtel pour qu’il soit gratuit.Concernant le balcon, la porte se ferme évidemment, pas à clé car vous étiez au 2eme étage, et qu’il n’y a pas de spyderman à Marrakech .La wifi aussi fonctionnait bien pour l’ensemble de nos autres résidents.L’ascenseur effectivement était en panne et nos techniciens l’ont remis en marche, nous nous excusons pour cela, le personnel dans ce cas transporte toutes vos affaires jusqu’à la chambre.Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi n’avez vous pas dit cela à la réception, qui se serait fait un plaisir de vous changer de chambre, ou réparer ce qui doit l’être, comme vous le souhaitez.Encore désolé M. Samir, mais la prochaine fois, que ce soit dans notre hôtel ou un autre, informer la réception pour le moindre petit problème que vous rencontrez et nous dans notre hôtel, nous faisons tout pour vous accommoder.

Budget accommodation in great neighbourhood
For the low price (about £20 per night) this hotel was good. It was clean, I could park my car right in front of it, it was easy to find (on a main road, and it has a large sign with its name) and the staff were very friendly and helpful, though they spoke only Arabic and French. However, there is certainly room for improvement. It would be good if someone would check the room once a day and at least remove rubbish and replace toilet paper rolls. Also make sure that all the lights are working and the shower head does not fall apart. To show true love for your guests you could also either put some carpet rugs on the cold tile floor or offer your guests warm slippers. I luckily brought my own along. In summary, satisfactory accommodation with the potential to get better. The neighbourhood certainly makes up for some deficiencies: There is a Café right next door with wonderful breakfast choices, a number of good restaurants and street food shops, a shop selling alcohol, some with groceries, and what i enjoyed most and everone should try: a public hammam steam bath where you can get a blacksoap scrub!

Disappointing experience
Old and dirty place. It was under renovation when I arrived. Only ground and first floor were ready while upper floors were dark and walls were peeld off. Elevator was not working, no waterin shower most of the time and no toilet rolls provided. Room was cleaned once in our 6 days stay. Hotel sign was not available so I had to as locals for the hotel's location. Room wasn't sound proof as I was hearing the sound of the other guests and road noise. It was a disappointing experience

Tres bas prix... avec les inconvénients qui viennent avec! Lit très dur, additionné au bruit ambient ( rues des 2 cotes de la batisse) et faible insonorisation. Les serviettes se bain sentaient la cigarette. La facade est en train d'etre refaite, j'espere qu'ils ont aussi prevu changer les matelas!!

Terrible, avoid it!!
It could not be worse, nothing good to mention, the information in the web is completerly misleading, neither the elevator nor the air conditioner were working. The room was smelling dirt and mold. The people at the reception didn't care and said " you don't need to stay here, go somewhere else". What we did and wasted a lot of time looking for alternative accommodation. They also refused to refund the already paid costs of the room.
