We loved that it was close to everything. Just 5 minutes walk down to the marina where all the restaurants is. The hotel is really Nice and have a big pool. Good parking. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Would come back again for sure.

Masse støy
Utrolig dårlig isolert. Støy fra motorvei og støy fra naborom. Baderom luktet ille. Toalett sto og rant hele tiden. Prøvde å få skiftet rom 3 ganger med fikk like støyfult rom hver gang. Sikkert en grunn til at dette hotellet er at av de billigste i området.

Kjære Finn,Vi beklager å høre at du ikke var fornøyd med opplevelsen din hos oss. Hotellets sentrale beliggenhet betyr at veien er i nærheten. Det er planer om å installere en akustisk skjerm som vil redusere støypåvirkningen utenfor rommene, men på grunn av administrative problemer er dette ennå ikke installert. I oppussingen av bygningen er det installert glassruter som vil redusere støyen fra støy utenfra til en svært høy prosentandel når vinduene er lukket. Vi beklager imidlertid sterkt at disse tiltakene ikke har vært tilstrekkelige. Vi tar kommentaren din til etterretning og vil utbedre badet på rommet. Nok en gang, tusen takk for hjelpen. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely but it would have been nice if it opened a bit earlier- currently 11am. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und wir hatten auch Getränke und Süßigkeiten auf dem Zimmer. Es war jedoch sehr laut wegen dem Verkehrslärm und auch die Gäste im Flur waren etwas laut. Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert.

Lovely welcome upon arrival and was selected as a VIP customer so received some goodies (cava, bathrobe and slippers… those little luxuries of life). Was not expecting this! Looks like we all entered into a draw for this or something like that when booking, thank you very much! Room is very spacious, well maintained with nice views of the main square and a bit of the sea. Shower is good too! Breakfast is great, it has many options and good quality product. Staff is very warm and helpful. I haven’t used the swimming but it is a lovely spot to sunbathe and relax. No rowdy customers on sight, it is family oriented, therefore, great stay! Will be back as soon as I can.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. We asked a couple of questions about getting to different places and the staff went over and above to help us. We only had breakfast at the hotel and the food was very nice. We used the pool bar and the staff again were lovely and food was lovely. Would definitely recommend snd stay at this hotel again

The stay and the hotel is exellent. There was no A/C in the room and the ice machine was not working and had to get ice from kitchen while it was open. Overall area location is excellent walking distance to to all shops, restaurants, and waterfront.

Perfect location for any purpose
The best thing about this hotel is LOCATION. It is perfect both for travelling on foot or by car. Just two blocks away from the marina and there is huge selection of shopping and dining nearby. Also if you would like to go for a morning run then that's easy too as you can run to two different promenades without crossing too much traffic. Should you arrive by car you would appreciate the easy access from and to A7. The hotel also has underground parking garage that can be accessed directly from inside the hotel. Parking has a daily fee but it is reasonable by Puerto Banus standards. As an extra bonus there are also charging location for your car inside the garage - a CCS quick charger with two cables and Type2 charger with two outlets. Hotel room is spacious and has nice design. Everything is in good condition. Only downside is that I have never seen a 4-star hotel room with so little amenities. Whatever you expect in a room is probably not there. Coffee maker, shoehorn, tissue box, bathrobe - you name it and the room doesn't have it. Very bare. Breakfast buffet on the other hand is quite impressive with good selection. Never got bored by the breakfast during the 8-night stay. Overall impression is quite positive and the hotel is perfect both for staying in the Puerto Banus or general Marbella area or as a base for exploring rest of the Costa del Sol. One serious complaint - NON-STOP Christmas music!

Fräsch hotell i bra läge
Hotellet ligger bra och erbjuder parkering för 25 Eur per natt i säkert garage under hotellet Bra frukost och helt ok buffe på kvällen om man vill få det( 20 Eur per pers) Hotellet ligger utmed huvudvägen och det kan upplevas störande ljud. Vi tyckte dock det var på helt ok nivå Priset ca 1700kr/natt inkl frukost anser vi vara rimligt i jmf med andra likvärdiga hotell Det fanns ett fint poolomr som vi inte utnyttjade Vänlig personal Nyrenoverat och fräscht hotell på gångavstånd till centrala puerto banos

Brilliant hotel, Good location
Everything is good about the hotel. Just don't eat in the Italian restaurant, Dolce Vita. Food is horrible and overpriced...though staff are very helpful and caring
