Fin beliggende leilighetshotell i Maputo. Greie, romslige leiligheter. Noe mangelfull utrustning av kjøkken. Trivelige rengjørere som ordner rommet veldig bra, hver eneste dag. Sikker og nær parkering.

Excelente apartamento en Maputo.
Un apartamento muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, pequeña nevera, pequeña cocina, pero muy espaciosa, baño con bañera, me sentí muy cómodo y muy seguro, el barrio tiene bares, supermercado y tiendas para comprar bebidas, así como una tienda de cambio de moneda y cajeros cerca del hotel. Una gran opción de vacaciones en Maputo.

Missing plates and silverware, etc but still a great place to stay is you want to cook your own meals. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Great views. Spacious apartments. Comfortable bathtub to soak in.

We were staying for 25 days at 7th floor. There are two elevators. One was out of order at arrival, and the second broke down after 4 days and were never repaired during our stay.

The elevators are currently under maintenance but due to having to replace parts that have to be ordered from Europe, it is slightly slowing down the speed in which we had expected to have this issue resolved. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados, esforçam-se em atender suas necessidades de forma rápida e muito eficiente. O serviço de lavanderia atende de forma extremamente rápida também. Não servem café da manhã ("pequeno almoço"). Poderiam, talvez, fazer um convênio com algum estabelecimento que ofereça o fornecimento deste serviço ("delivery").

Établissement qui mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement avec quelques petites taches et coups sur les murs et quelques moisissures dans la salle de bain. En revanche les appartements sont gigantesques, extrêmement bien aménagés, bien équipés, le ménage est fait tous les jours, l'accueil 24/7 et la sécurité sont excellents, la localisation dans Maputo est parfaite. Les lits sont grands et confortable, il y a un bureau, un grand canapé, deux TV, un frigo, un micro-ondes, une table et 4 chaises, et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Só falta melhorar o sinal do wifi
Equipe muito prestativa, instalações excelentes, ótima localização. Sinal do wi-fi era razoável, isso foi decepcionante. Como sugestão, pensamos que a cozinha pode ter mais talheres, pano e esponja/sabão para a pia (usei a louça, mas não estava limpíssima como esperava encontrá-la, tampouco pude lavar como desejava por não ter produto disponível no quarto ou ao solicitar à recepção).

Spacious one bedroom suites. Value for money for guest who don’t need restaurant or bar facilities on the premises. But restaurants are a short walking distance from hotel.

電気器具とチップ
ホテルに備え付けの電気器具は十分なメインテナンスが行われていないため、感電する可能性がある。電気湯沸かし器は線が剥き出し、サーモスタットが効かない。電気器具は古いので注意が必要。 何回か停電やブレーカーが落ちる事があった。部屋を整備して貸し出すのはホテル側の業務であり、その為にお客はお金を払っている。然し乍ら、部屋の電気や金庫の整備を依頼すると、その都度チップを要求する。無視していたら、サービスしたのであるからチップは当然の様に要求して来た。言葉が分からない振りして無視したが、チップを客に要求するのは、気持ち良いものではない。

盗難が発生しやすい
昨日、当ホテルを出発する準備をしていると室内金庫が開かなくなっていた。 フロントに行き直ぐに開けてくれる様に依頼するが支配人が不在のため開けられないとの事であった。3時間程して支配人が帰ってきたが、金庫を特別な鍵で開けたのは支配人ではなくホテルスタッフだった。 金庫の鍵を持っていればどの部屋の金庫も簡単に開けられる。どうして支配人自らトラブルの発生したきんこえおあけなのであろうか?

アパートホテルの作りは良いが、ホテルの従業員、特に支配人の態度の悪さには呆れる。 毎日仕事から帰ってくると、支配人は何時もの自分の事務室のドアを開け拡げ、大声で電話で怒鳴り散らしている声がロビーまで聞こえ、不愉快になる事度々である。 Design of this apartment hotel is quite nice and the location is very good, but the manner of the hotel staff is not good. Especially the manager's attitude is terrible. He always shouting hotel staff in front of customer. While we are waiting for the Taxi at the lobby we had to listen his shouting all the time. His attitude makes people unhappy. 今回当ホテルで,部屋の金庫に入れていた現金1300ドルが盗難にあった。すぐに支配人に報告しても支配人は部屋に検証に来ようともせず、掃除担当の従業員を呼びつけては「お前盗んだか?」と質問する始末。 While i was staying this hotel, my money(US 1300) was stolen which was kept in the safe box in the room. I reported this issue to the hotel manager but he said, only he has a special key and only he can open the safe box. Then he call the cleaning lady and asked her " Did you steal money from his room?" Who would answer " Yes I did it!". 昨日ポルトガル語を良く理解する友人の部屋の金庫が開かなくなったので支配人に連絡すると、他の客と、盗難苦情の件で支配人が協議している最中だった。「金庫の鍵は自分しか持っていないので、他の人は開けられない」と言っていた。 ところが友人が、金庫の事で話をすると、金庫の鍵を従業員に手渡して、従業員が金庫を開けた。 当ホテルでは盗難が頻繁に発生していると思われる。 金庫内のお金の全額を盗む事はない。しかし半分を抜き取るので毎日金額を確認した方が良い。 My friend who is staying in this hole he could not open his safe box. Great place to stay in Maputo
Was skeptical due to negative reviews, but found everything in good order. Staff were helpful, breakfast was great, price was super reasonable, access to nearby restaurants was ok and taxi rides were inexpensive to those further away. Needed help with luggage lost by airline and they went to the airport to assist. Great.

Business hotel in Maputo
It's a fine place to stay. Make sure when you take your room to check your AC, your hot plate, your silverware and dishes and in general that you have everything you need - there are sometimes rooms that need a little TLC, but they are clean, the neighborhood is great, and the rooms are very pleasant and spacious.

マプート市中心にある。 ひと月以上の滞在ならこの場所としては格安。 レセプション、守衛、掃除のお姉さん、決して愛想がよいわけでないが、仕事はきちっとやる。 これなで2回、合計45日間宿泊したが、ものがなくなったことがもない。 マプート市内にはもうひとつVIPという名前のホテルがあるので、要注意。 食事はないが、キッチン付。
