Trivelig hotell, bra service og grei pris. MEN: lås kofferten når du er der. Jeg mistenker at min koffert og toalettmappe var åpnet opp da ting ikke lå samme sted i toalettmappe og koffert som var lukket om morgenen var åpen når jeg kom tilbake til hotellet.

Ok hotell i Manchester
Ok hotell relativt sentralt i Manchester, ca 10min å gå til Arndale. Badene hadde institusjons preg, helt hvite slitte plast overflater. Fra rommet vårt i 7.etg hørte vi heisen godt hver gang den var i bruk, anbefales ikke for de som sover lett eller er sensitiv for lyder. Frokosten var minimalistisk, lite pålegg og valgmuligheter. Personaler var imøtekommende og hyggelig.

Sentral beliggenhet og imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt stab som møtte deg i lobbyen/ allrommet. Hyggelige rom og greit bad, vannkoker med kaffe- og teposer. Nøkternt utstyrt. Seng og hodeputer litt harde. Gangavstand fra Piccadilly Station - til hotellet når du kom inn med toget fra Manchester Airport. Gangavstand til Manchester University og sentrum med handlestrøket. Gode restauranter i nærheten. Den sentrale beliggenheten var et stort pluss!

Dirty room, not be properly cleaned in ages, mouldy grapes under the desk. No staff in reception in the morning to discuss, just had to drop keys and leave. There's a reason this place is cheap.

As it was only a short 2-night stay for us, overall the hotel served its purpose nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was perfectly situated in the city for our needs, there were some decent drinks available in the reception bar, the bed was comfy and everything from the TV and wifi to the shower and kettle worked well. The room could have been cleaner (we came across several stray hairs in the shower when we arrived) and there were construction works happening across from us, which disturbed our sleep. But despite these small drawbacks, we'd definitely stay in an Ibis again

Close to all that you will need for a short stay in Manchester. Overall the hotel is great however the rooms are rather aged. Staff were attentive and kind this made up for the aged rooms.

Sadly, this wasn't sufficient to you.May I also point out that some of our rooms are facing the back of our hotel and tend to be quieter. Excellent stay of three days, where all the staff was both very friendly, pleasant, and professional. Special thanks to Emilio, who helped me by giving many useful tips about good places in town or to fix some stuff in my room, and plus in french language ! My room was clean, calm and with a very comfortable bed. I definitely recommend !

The hotel is great for value, I use ibis quite often, and Manchester has a lot of them. The bed was comfortable, I had a soft and a firm pillow, however the interior if the room is dented here and there, and I thought the toilet seat will not last.
