vi valgte dettedi in mann hadde vært her før og det var helt OK, men hadde veldig bra restaurant. Badet vårt kunne vært rengjort bedre, det var mye hår på både gulvet og i badekaret, og tannkrem på benken

Meget god beliggenhet ved flyplassen. Supert med fri shuttle buss til terminal, gikk super raskt. Helt ok hotell.

Helt greit AirPort Hotel
Hotellet er ett AirPort hotell. Så med en fint rom, god service, grei mat og bra pub så er det egentlig helt topp. Innsjekk og utsjekk går raskt og AirPort shuttle buss går ofte. Beliggenheten er ræva egentlig, men helt topp når det kun er ett sted og sove før neste flight.

Flott airporthotel.
Gikk ikke tog fra byen vi var i så tidlig på søndagen, så derfor måtte vi ha dette oppholdet. Veldig god service og ein knallgod frokost.

Not so good hotel, close to Manchester airport
Very close to Manchester airport and good location when you need to get there very early. The hotel had a nice looking reception area and dining area. The room was not good, the bathroom was very badly cleaned and we used it as little as possible. Fortunately we just stayed one night. The aircondition in the room did not work well either and we had to sleep with the windows open, we had a room on the ground level with the parking lot just outside. It was quite noisy. We were not impressed by the rest of the room either, the bed or the lack of cleaning. Or the price, not good value for money. On the positive side, the staff we met were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

Ok but... could be cleaner
Hotel may have been 4 star along time ago, but lack of maintenance and high traffic has worn out this hotel. I will use the others next time as the whole impression is poor for a 4 star hotel. Hair pins from previous room tenant found in the bathroom, shows that its not washed properly.

Clean and close to the airport for departure next day. Toilet water flow was poor. At concierge I was asked if l wanted breakfast, I explained that l needed to catch a early flight the next day and had to have a very early night to try and get a decent nights sleep but, the room next door had a young family and was very noisy! And consequently I got very little sleep.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the restaurant facilities. I arrived by train and found the hotel very difficult to locate…. No signs anywhere visible.

Rooms were quiet - which is great considering it's proximity to the airport. Easy walk. Rooms felt recently refurbished and everything worked. Bedding was lush !! Nice deep pillows and duvet - not the pancakes you sometimes get for pillows !! I really recommend this hotel if you're unsure which airport hotel to go for.

The hotel was clean staff were excellent. However It was the worse nights sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel! The bed was awful. So I payed £100 for a sleepless night!!

The decor needs an update urgently, especially the corridors. When I was checking out there were carpet fitters coming in, so this may be resolved soon. The heating / air con in my room wasn't working. I was provided with a small oil heater which didn't do much but it was provided very quickly. For my inconvenience I was offered a free Starbucks coffee. Woohoo! The staff were really good so that's a definite plus.

Overnight stay review
The welcome was nice and the staff were nice especially Habiba was very helpful. The stay had complimentary items and everything we needed. Also we stayed in a room that was quiet and cosy room with the comfiest bed ever. The main issue was that WiFi could be better as it didn’t work properly.

Disappointing.
We stayed at this hotel prior to a flight to Singapore. It was not a good start. It was very difficult to find a reasonable way to get to the hotel from the station (even though it is very close). Service was poor, the restaurant was chaotic, I could go on. Suffice to say we will not be staying at this hotel again.
