«This is a great place to spend a week of vacation. The condo was clean and already stocked with some of the basic needs (beach and bath towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets, even some books to read and games to play). Easy access to the Gulf, a swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities (bring some quarters for that). The location is great as you can easily walk on the beach, to four or five restaurants, down to Stump Pass, and even to a boat ...

«We had a great stay on Manasota Key! I think this condo sleeps two adults very comfortably. Any more than that is a stretch. It was clean and stocked well. You can’t beat the location! We had many beautiful sunsets on the beach and relaxing drinks at lock and key! We love this area of Florida!»

«My husband and son spent many hours fishing off the dock and caught a variety of fish. I used my paddle board in the bay and paddled through schools of fish. The beach was right across the road that wasn’t even busy. So beautiful and quiet! Looking forward to next spring break!»

«The property is very nice - matching the description - The back lanai is nice to watch the bay and enjoy the sunrise, watching the boats, dolphins at times… We took a paddle board and enjoyed the water views. The beach is about 250 steps across the road. It’s nice area for sunset, sunshine and we were lucky enough to find lots of shark teeth. Seen a few manatees! The manager was easy to contact and worked with us. This was our first time to stay on the bay side of the island and we did ...

«My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. «Very nice, convenient to food, very short walk to beach. The main reason I booked this place is because it had a heated pool. I knew the water would still be cold on my chosen dates BUT, the pool was NOT heated. Contacted the host and all he said was no one has said anything to him about it. We spoke to others at the pool and they also complained about the NOT heated pool. Also, no soap and/or shampoo in the room as listed on the amenities, host told us their was a Circle K a few blocks down ...

«Very nice property with about 50 yds walk to beach. Location is awesome beach, restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Spare bedroom with day bed was very misleading. Too small for 2 adults, but we made it work. Gas grill was available but no gas. We requested a tank, but it was never delivered. All in all our family had a great vacation. Thank you!!!»
