Super nice beach hotel
Very nice & new hotel with excellent facilities. Calm neighborhood. Close to the beach, and with a bus stop right outside. Nice pool and spa, although the massage could be improved. Clean & friendly. Excellent breakfast. Katagi restaurant at the top did not impress, but there are plenty of good restaurants around. A bit far up the beach, so maybe they should offer a free shuttle to the city? Just an idea. The gym was also good, but only one machine for legs is not enough. Couldn’t do squats. Overall a pleasent stay with friendly staff.

Ikke som forventet
Hotellet var flott, men flere av fasilitetene var forbeholdt kun VIP gjester, blant annet innendørs basseng og tak terrasse, noe som ikke kommer fram i beskrivelsen på dette 5 stjerners hotellet. Vi hadde forventet at det ville vært inkludert. I tillegg som gold medlem skille vi fått endel fordeler som gratis parkering, gratis oppgradering av rom samt sen utsjekking. Det var kun 5 gratis parkeringsplasser, vi fikk ikke oppgradert rom og også sen utsjekking måtte vi krangle oss til da de plutselig ville ha betalt for det. En kveldsbuffet på hotellet, uten drikke, koster 50 euro per person! Frokost buffeten var flott!

Palma Nova Stay
Nice hotell. Close too the beach. Very nice rooms. I did not like the outside. Its no sunshine with the bassoon before 1300. Smaal area and basoon. Very expensive cocktails and price for water with out gas Eur 8 🤔 No sense!!! The area outside the hotell is not nice. Too much noice,

Nice hotel, building is Brand new.
Hotel is Brand new. Rooms are great, good food and Nice staff. Location of the hotel is not the best. The sun didnt reach the pool before around 1pm in start of august.

Advertising free parking but there are only 5 parking spaces (for a hotel with 300 rooms ish) which are for free. Parking garage is 18€/day

We enjoyed four nights at The Iberostar selection Llaut. Staff were all superb and friendly. We had a bed and breakfast package, the breakfast was amazing. Only downside was a lumpy bed and not too keen on the area.

Loveliest hotel we’ve ever stayed in
This was our second stay as we loved it last year. As well as superb facilities and service, the hotel has a lovely calming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the bar is great for an evening cocktail.

My friend & I enjoyed Iberostar Llaut Palma. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort itself was very clean and nice. Our room was spacious and clean, had a balcony, and the shower was extremely spacious and had wonderful pressure. If you are renting a car, the parking is convenient as well. Restaurant Orza (buffet) offered delicious options, and made our all inclusive worth it. The resort was walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Palma again.

Etablissement trop en retrait de la mer, restaurant (partie extérieure trop petite) restaurant principal sans intéret particulier, nourriture pas digne d'un cinq étoiles. La piscine est trop petite. Le personnel du restaurant asiatique n'est pas attentionné, après une longue attente on nous a apporté le dessert avant le plat principal, ce qui est inadmissible, nous avons attendu à nouveau. Séjour décevant pour des touristes exigeants.

Lovely hotel situated close to the beach. We got a room upgrade and free parking service included because of VIP hotels.com membership. Swimming pool nice and clean and not crowded. Excellent service from the hotel and very helpful.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Essen, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und super Aussicht vom Balkon, bequeme Betten. Sehr große Dusche, Ein Minuspunkt für mich: kein "richtiges" Badezimmer (sieht aber dafür schön aus)

Schön, aber Luft nach oben
Großartiges Personal, schneller Check in, etc. Bett leider sehr hart, Topper nicht erhältlich. Geschirr im Frühstücksrestaurant, insbesondere Gläser, total schmutzig. Essen große Vielfalt, geschmacklich schwach. Star Select hat einen kleinen extra Bereich, allerdings gleiches Angebot und keine Aussensitzplätze. Dachterrasse lediglich kleiner Plungepool- ca 40cm tief. Aussicht und Liegen sehr schön. Megapark hört man, ist aber erträglich. Insgesamt etwas zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Insbesondere Essensqualität. Wir hatten schöne 3 Tage, werden aber nicht wieder kommen.

Beautiful resort and friendly staff. However, the all inclusive regulations should be written down for each guest using them to avoid less confusion. The Japanese restaurant needs more availability and to be open more throughout the day to those paying for the all inclusive. The buffet food was alright.

Great stay in a convenient area of Palma/Arenal. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Parking was a breeze. Pool and spa facilities were great. 2 blocks from the beach and all the action. Had some trouble with air conditioning but it was well handled. Would highly recommend

The hotel was lovely. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. The outdoor pool and spa facilities were top notch (although it gets very busy). There are a lot of party going tourists staying near the hotel and I was woken up a few times during the night by the noise. We were expecting a response from the hotel/Expedia as I emailed 3 times in advance of our stay to plan an anniversary celebration in the hotel rooftop bar and didn't receive a response from the hotel. On the negative side, there was no information available in the room or given to us at check-in and on the day of checking out I was refused a towel at the pool when I wanted to have a swim. We had been locked out of our room during breakfast and the cards did not work so one of us had to get this sorted at reception. The lady at the pool did not want to know about this and refused a towel and on drying myself with my clothes a lovely gentleman came to the rescue with a towel. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

I get the upgrade to standard room pool view only because I insist with reception, not really an upgrade because the hotel was not full and they have a lot of better option than standard room like prestige level but …. For them being a gold vip member from Expedia has not a lot of value. Hotel is almost new, some employees very good other very unfriendly. Location is not in the beach, like 500m Room ok but the extractor on the toilet not working, bed Mattress too hard, cushion and sheet bad quality, air conditioning sometimes turn off alone, positive point of vip access was the free parking. I will not came back again in this hotel

It was an absolutely amazing experience! Thank you for great service, great staff, amazing food and a calm atmosphere. Will be recommending again and if budget allows in the future, we will most certainly stay again. Thank you to the reception staff who helped organise a nice birthday surprise for the birthday girl.
