A very nice hotel in the heart of Palma
The hotel was located at the heart of Plama, only few minutes away from the old town, the Cathedral and only 15 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice, but maybe a little small. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would come back.

Et nydelig lite hotell. Personalet var blide, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Vakkert innredet med delikate farger. Rommene var store nok med gode senger. Frokosten var ypperlig. Takterrassen har solsenger og et bitte lite basseng.

We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They recommended a delicious tapas restaurant nearby for our dinner. We will definitely go back there soon!

They could not give us a room upgrade, as none was available, but gave us free breakfast instead. This is a magnificent hotel, the staff are amazing, and go out of there to help you. I would strongly recommend Hotel Bascila.

Super Unterkunft, und zentral, direkt in der Altstadt. Tolle Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kirche zum Innenhof. Herzlicher Empfang, leckeres Frühstück mit Omelett, spanischem Schinken, Lachs, Joghurt und frischem Obst. Leider kein Restaurant, aber ein toller Italiener in 100m Entfernung und viele weitere fussläufig. Klare Empfehlung!

Superb boutique hotel
Superb traditional small boutique hotel in excellent location for exploring the old city of Palma. No evening restaurant service but two excellent local restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Et ualmindelig dejligt ophold. Høj service fra start til slut af opmærksomt personale. Velkomst kaffe/drink mens papirerne blev ordnet. Servering af en flaske vin på værelset. Meget opmærksom reception og betjening i morgenmadsbuffet - som havde alt hvad hjertet kan begære. God placering - tæt på alt - strand, butikker, kultur, og restauranter. Lovely clean hotel in Palma. Very convenient to walk into town and see all the major sights. Short walks to bus stops including the A1 to the airport. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too. The thing that really made this stay good though was the staff and in particular Miguel. Nothing was too much trouble and he has that rare ability to make you feel special; like he is going just a little bit further for you than everyone else even though I'm sure he does the same for all his guests. Thank you and the next time we come to Palma, this is where we will be staying.

Wunderschön
Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend. Beim Check-in gab es sogar Cava aufs Haus. Die Dachterasse ist einmalig, auch bei Nacht.
