Fint opphold i Madrid
Jeg hadde et veldig fint opphold. Hotellet har alle faciliteter og et bra sted for de som har øye for detaljer. Veldig rene rom og fasciliteter. Bra beliggenhet. Det eneste som kunne ha vært bedre er at de som jobber i resepsjonen må vær flinkere å ta imot beskjeder og notere det i systemet, som man slipper å gi samme beskjed til ulike personer.

Great location and excellent staff but room was dated and amenities were limited (didn't even provide water) for the price we paid. Carpet also looked like it could use a food cleaning. We also got an accessible room even though we didn't ask for one. Quite disappointed.

Very high end property, in the middle of the city. Right next to the Palace. Great restaurants near by. The staff was excellent, very friendly and kind.After a long day in the city go back to hotel and soak in the free standing tub in your room. Wonderful place.
