Asked for possible upgrade and got room facing plaza instead of backyeard. That’s all. Breakfast was ok, but at 25 Euros we expected somewhat more options. Excellent location near to El Prado and Gran Via. A bit worn and more 4 stars than 5.

The level of service at the hotel was really wonderful. The staff made us feel welcome as well as very comfortable. The East 47 restaurant associated with the hotel is a major asset; we found ourselves taking many of our meals there.

Great location and room was spacious. A nice bonus is the mini bar is free and included beer, water, soda and juice. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Robes and slippers are also provided. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madrid!

My second time. Last time was honeymoon a while back. The bed is most comfortable I've had in years. Food menu in the bar is diverse and can work for most tastes. The staff is so helpful, accommodating/understanding and reliable (any special needs are not forgotten or ignored).

Great location close to museums and Retiro Park which is huge and amazing - why go out for food when the chef at the hotel is astounding- try Risotto/ lamb ravioli/ Spanish omelet- salads are all very especially the tomato/ avocado with black olive dressing!Junior suite is spacious with an unfortunate sofa bed- very plain- bedroom is a good size with wonderful pillows and bedding- bathroom could have been cleaner- hairdryer seemed to have a short in it and kept stopping Staff is unfailing helpful- remembers your name! コストパフォーマンスは良いかと思います。お水を含め、飲み物には困らず、部屋も寛げるソファがあり、立地、部屋、一定の距離感のあるサービスなど。チェックアウト後に長くスーツケースを預かって頂きました。お風呂周りはやや狭く、スーツケースは自分で部屋に運ぶのが基本の様子など、完全な5つ星ホテルの施設やサービスと比較すると人によっては物足りないかも知れません。

The location is great and the staff is fantastic .. the bartender at the restaurant is a keeper as well as the front desk staff ... I don't give you 5 stars for 2 reasons 1) the plastic chair at the desk in the rooms .. ouch !!! not comfortable at all and it just doesn't go with the style of the property and it looks cheap .... 2) the maid service .. the first 2 days were great, the last day was sloppy .... (clearly was not the same maid who did my room the last night) the rest ... fantastic .. I'll be back in March

スタッフが親切、朝食は卵料理や付け合わせを好みで注文できる、冷蔵庫の飲み物はフリー。ただ古い建物のせいか音は結構聞こえた。美術館や王宮などほとんど徒歩圏内で、ひとり旅にぴったりだった。
