Didn’t like how the non-smoking room smells like smoke and urine, how dirty the carpet and sofa were, the stains and hair on the bed sheets, the moldy shower curtain, inoperable safe nor the broken furniture.

Hotel stay was very good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good with several options. Some interior updating is needed but great hotel for the price. It was perfect for what we needed as an overnight stop on the way to Florida.

I simply wanted a clean and functional place to sleep the night, and it met my expectations. Certainly not high end but, again, delivered what I needed at a reasonable rate. My only complaint was that it was that the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and terribly prepared.

The rate was very good, and the gentleman running the front desk was helpful, kind and understanding of our needs. What we didn't care for was the odor in the room, and the fact that on hotwire, the link showed that roll away beds were available, when in fact the hotel does not have roll away beds This created a dilemma, since we were traveling with our 3 grandchildren, and we didn't have very good sleeping arrangements . Had we booked the room directly , we would have cancelled, but since it's such a hassle to cancel through these sites, we'll just stay

My family has stayed at this property for the past 10 years on our way to Florida, its convenient, great location. We were placed in a room close to the stairwell this stay and the door slammed all night long, so none of us were able to get much sleep. Not the property's fault, but something to make sure we avoid next stay.

Passing through….should have kept going
Not a great experience. Staff was indifferent at best & rude at worst. The best representation came from the housekeeping staff. Won’t be back…..ever.
