The staff was very rude upon check in. The room was very dirty & shower had black mold. I will not go back. The Wyndam should cut this property loose.

We really like the area but the hotel is very bad the beds very uncomfortable they are to soft for my taste. We love La Quinta but this one needs attention it’s very old.

Room we were given reeked of smoke. There is no way the cleaning people missed this. Sad they would try to rent the room without taking care of this. The only credit here goes to the front desk. They found us another try room but it was not very clean. Breakfast was good at least

The first impression was great, but as we looked around, we realized that the place needs a refreshing. Things look worn and scuffed, especially the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Overall, we were impressed, but could have been more. Except for the fellow we figured was the manager, the staff was mostly indifferent. They just need to try a bit harder and it could be very nice!

We were greatly disappointed in the quality of the room. The bathroom had water damage, mildew around the tub, and above on the wall. The tub barely drained. Initially we did not even have a hair dryer and a working coffee maker. The breakfast area seemed as though it was wiped down with a dirty cloth. The pipes were extremely loud and everytime someone opened the auxiliary exit door an alarm sounded. The only saving graces were that the bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nice desk staff. Bathroom: no ventilation, bathtub dirty and worn, floor filthy especially behind the doors, hairdryer broken; A/C unit cover broken and very loud, too loud to use at night; beds saggy; doors and trim very dirty; desk chair filthy - had to cover it with a towel to use; dogs (multiple) barking between 1:30 - 3:30 during the night.

The day I check in I have to change room two time because of the cleaners of the room the third room was a step up from the last two..I have to clean it myself so I went to the Dollar tree and purcase cleaning supplies.The room smell of mold .The breakfast was terrible.I was home for a Home going of a family member.Need a major up grade,I still will stay again if was free.. When I first checked in and got a room the door handle was broke. I then went back to desk and they assigned me another room turns out that door handle was broke as well. Went back a third time and my key card didn’t work. Finally got a room. The room was very dirty and rough looking. My tv also was not hardly working as well. Two lamps were not working as well. The staff was nice but the stay was not.
