It was perfect! Simple furnishings but had everything we needed. No microwave in the room but one was available in the common area which is actually a great idea. Will definitely use this chain of hotels again.

Nice amenities and clean. Bed was not very comfortable, could not call front desk from room, shampoo dispenser was not working. My husband walked to the front desk and they swapped out the pump. I had to get out of the shower with a towel wrapped around me while staff came in to change it.

We stayed here a couple years ago and it was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable and the place was nice and clean. Today the hotel has fallen into disrepair. Our ceiling in the bathroom was caving in. Areas of the hotel were not routinely cleaned. Elevators were dirty, floor was not swept and mopped and room was not clean as well. Staff was present, but not friendly or welcoming. Beds were still comfortable. Last time we make this hotel our mid-way stop.

Waited close to 30 mins to check in, as 3 front desk employees were checking in one large school group. Booked a king room and not told until we got to our room that there were none left so had a double with only one set of towels, cups, etc for two people. When I contacted Expedia to be refunded the difference I’d paid in price, the hotel told them this wasn’t true. Also the hotel was very loud well into the night with whatever large group was there.

This hotel was visible from the highway making it very convenient. Loved the two USB ports at the base of both bedside lamps. The towels were excellent quality. The freshly ground coffee was the perfect beverage to help us make our 14 hour drive. Please replace the sheets that are pilling. Despite the sheets, it was a delightful stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly desk help, clean rooms, plentiful parking & safe surroundings. I had one issue. I left my pastel green TAL water 32 oz. canteen on the floor in the room, and I was told it was NOT found by the cleaning crew. But, there is no way it was overlooked when cleaning the floor! Other than that, everything was good!
