This hotel had the best service I have ever experienced! The clerks would recognize us and ask how we were enjoying our stay. They even remembered specific things about us to personalize our visit. It is an old monastery so you were staying in history. Would highly recommend this place!!

Werkelijk waar prachtige locatie met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Reken als VIP member niet op een kamer-upgrade. Zorg ook dat je een kamer boekt binnenin de kerk, wij zaten in een apart bijgebouw zonder de charme van de rest van het klooster. Het parkeren was door drukte in de stad erg lastig, gelukkig biedt het hotel valet parking aan, helaas wel voor maar liefst 45 euro per nacht. Een aantal kleine opmerkingen zijn door het personeel goed opgelost.

Echter, vind ik het vervelend om te lezen dat niet uw gehele verblijf naar wens is geweest. Het kamertype dat u had geboekt - een Cosy Casa Nova - bevindt zich inderdaad buiten het Kruisheren klooster. Indien u bij een volgend verblijf in het Kruisheren klooster wenst te slapen, adviseer ik u om een 'Monastery' kamer te boeken. Tolles Ambiente im alten Kirchengebäude. Einrichtung im Zimmer teilweise etwas abgenutzt (zB. Ablagerungen in der Toilette, Glasflächen verschmutzt, Abnutzungsspuren an den Wänden, defektes Rollo). Staubansammlungen in den Ecken. Nicht dramatisch, aber nicht passend zum Anspruch des Hotels.

The property itself is charming, the rooms are modern and spacious. The service and amenities are top notch. Close to shopping, restaurants and important landmarks . The hotel has a lot of art on display. We loved it.

I loved the rooms and the hotel looks really nice. Location is perfect. Only remark is when we arrived, other guests got welcome drinks and we were not asked at any time. This felt not nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing bad but also not special, perhaps my expectation with a 5* is higher. The porter was helpful and kind.

Locatie is perfect net even buiten de drukte van het centrum. Service is bijzonder goed en kamers waren lekker ruim en mooi. Auto was zelfs opgeladen toen ik weg wilde rijden, zeker een aanrader en kom zeker terug!

What a wonderful property. Not only is it architecturally stunning, but the staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing. Had very high hopes for this hotel. Its very beautiful hotel- mix of the old and modern is interesting; however lack of function, especially in the room is substantial. Ate at the restaurant for lunch upon arrival and became very sick. My husband notified the hotel and we received an apology- that’s it. I was sick for a day and half! Breakfast is way overpriced- not worth it- so skip it. Still haven’t received our receipt- they told us it would be emailed- never received it. A very disappointing stay- will stay elsewhere when in. Maastricht.
