Nytt hotell med fine rom og god seng. Maten er bra med frokost som et 5 stjernes hotell skal ha. Derimot servicen er ekstremt dårlig i resepsjon. Hadde også en dårlig opplevelse ved bassenget. Jeg lå og slappet av på solsengen i vanlig shorts. Ventet ca 20 min før jeg fikk bestille noe men da fikk jeg streng beskjed om at det var bare mulig å bruke solseng hvis du badet. Vurderte å svømme men ble såpass satt ut at jeg bare sjekket ut og reiste til et annet hotell som jeg kunne bruke solseng. Mye bedre å bo et hotell der du føler deg velkommen som ikke ødelegger ferien din med dårlig opplevelser.

Hotellet er nytt og har store fine rom med gode senger. Grei minibar. Frokosten er som et 5 stjernes hotell bør ha. Hadde vært et fantastisk hotell hvis personalet hadde en riktig service innstilling til sine kunder. Var den eneste som var ved bassenget og får ikke bruke solsengen hvis du ikke svømmer men bare skal kose deg i sola med vanlig shorts. Pass på at du har badebukse hvis du skal være i nærheten av bassenget. Er i sjokk over den elendige servicen de har.

Excellent home away from home
The staff are very friendly and warm in approach. The facilities are great with lots of options including the fact that the room is fully equipped with all home facilities such as kitchen appliances etc. The gym has an instructor on duty at all times and steam room is an added bonus for the best start to the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I have already rebooked for next year, the best hotel on Lusaka hands down.

The hotel operates at a very professional level. Friendly staff and all concerns cared for. I’ve lived in Zambia for a long time. The management system here sets the bar for the rest of Zambia. Menu needs to be reinvented. The hotel needs a chef who knows how to use flavors. There are many chefs in Zambia that can do better. Strongly recommend the hotel.

i loved that there was a dongle available for my connectivity in the vehicle that came to collect me, very nice touch. the staff were super helpful. i did not like that the spa apparently is always busy, does not have extended work hours and has only ne therapist. i also did not care for the live and loud event that took place in the pool area a floor below mine. i would definately go back.

I came to Zambia for my birthday I’m glad I chose the right destination to celebrate my birthday. I only had a 20 hour layover in Lusaka and i chose to stay here. My stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere was amazing thank you so much to the staffs for making my stay perfect they was super professional, friendly, helpful with all my needs. The room I stayed in was big and spacious and super clean, the food was delicious I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely be back thank you :)
