«Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.»

We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. «We enjoyed our stay here! Check in and check out was super easy. The fruit infused iced water at check in was a nice touch. We liked the coffee, fresh fruit, and water bottle filling station that was available in the common areas. The room was a little small but worked for the two of us with a convenient mini fridge. «Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.»

«We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.»

«We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the Fontana Room at Azul Mansion. We were able to park on-site and check-in was very easy. It was walking distance to everything: Smathers Beach, the Southernmost Point, and Mallory Square. The pool was nice, and the amenities were great: fresh, cold water always available; Kuerig and pods in the room; plenty of towels including pool towels. «Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week.»

«A few of the amenities are the reason for a 4star rating. We didn’t use them much but the hot tub didn’t work and we really found the rules and time range for using these to be a bit inconvenient. We were the type to be out seeing the area during the day and the beaches and fishing and to not be able to use the pool because it was closed turned us off. We were there to sit by the pool during the day, we can do that at home the pool was to relax when we got back but didn’t workout that way. Other ...

«Good place. 3 bed rooms all with Queen size beds. It was perfect for us. We sat on the porch mostly when we were there and played games. Not a long ride to Key West. Overall- we were happy and would stay there again.»
