The fist room noisy. ( 209 ) then after I went to bed and was a sleep a big bang woke me up. When I investigated I found the bath room flooded and a leak in the ceiling coming down from the light fixture, the bang was the water hitting the hot neon light blowing the bulb scaring the devil out me. I let the front desk know and they switched me to another room. The hotel needs some TLC room 209 had stains from spills coffee etc.

Bathtub was peeling tiles were about to fall out toilet was clogged and leaking on the back and the garbage cans when we enter the room we’re not emptied out and the pillowcases had stains I don’t think will stay there again you can stay at much nicer places for the price that you pay there.

Check in was easy and the lady checking us in was nice but didn’t say much. The room was ok. Cigarette burns in the carpet, no light in the very big walk-in closet and the heater/air conditioning hardly worked. The room was stuffy all night. Pool was cold and small. They allow people from other hotels to come and use the pool so it gets crowded fast. No pool towels and had to ask for some, in which they didn’t have. The bathroom had hairs on the shower wall and floor that was not from us. The breakfast was not good. Bagels were hard and the turkey sausage was like jerky. The outside was very dirty which I am sure was due to being off the interstate but you just shut the curtain.

It was all good except for one thing. Late at night we realized there were no water bottles in the room. As we had changed for the nite we requested 2 bottles to be sent up. She responded that there was no one available to bring it up. Next morning whilst leaving, we requested the water to take with us on the road. We were told they were out of water. We also were not offered water when we checked in the previous nite.

Not having water available in our market is below our standard and I will research this incident to see how we can in the future not miss the mark of providing perfect customer service.

The front desk associate who greeted us upon arrival was extremely kind and welcoming. Check in was quick with no issues. When we got to our room we discovered the floor was very wet by the air conditioning unit. Luckily this was on the far side of the room, however we could not use the floor space to store our suitcases etc to keep them out of the way since the floor was soaked. I went to the front desk to advise of the wet floor. Again, this associate was very friendly and apologized for the room condition. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and they were unable to move us. Maintenance was also off for the night. She wrote a note for maintenance to address the issue the next day. In the morning I checked back with front desk to see when maintenance would be coming and advised we would be out of our room most of the day. Front desk stated they would reserve another room for us and when we got back from our event we could switch rooms to allow maintenance time to get the repair taken care of and floor completely dry. We stopped at the desk when we returned for the evening and the associate was not aware of any arrangements to change our room. She had to call someone else and was told maintenance had been in our current room and fixed the issues, dried the floor and also that the hotel was again booked with no rooms available to switch. We went back to our room and the wetness of the floor was improved, but still too wet to use the space for our belongings.

We strive daily to give perfect service and I would like to apologize for this miss communication, we were instructed that you would give instructions if you wanted to move rooms, During the wait time of not receiving instructions to move room we proceeded to sale our guests room after 2pm. I will be speaking to our maintenance department regarding the incomplete workorder, I am truly sorry you did not find your carpet dry when you returned. Please feel free to reach out to us if there is anything else we can do for you at this time.
