Veldig dyr parkering. Da jeg valgte self park. Måtte betale når jeg tok ut bilen for en kjøretur etter vi sjekket inn, ble også fakturert på utsjekkingen. Har skrevet til hotellet og bedt om en forklaring og eventuelt penger tilbake, men mailen er ikke besvart.

I’m a Westin fan but this property was a bit disappointing. Not having a room service option was surprising, as was the lack of a breakfast buffet option. Having a Starbucks option in the foyer was great but it was only open for a few hours in rhe morning. Hopefully some of this can be addressed.

Many uneducated people in the hotel shouting and acting weirdly. Didn’t feel safe in the hotel. Facility is not that bad though. Overall, Westin should do better.

I would say the hotel was beautiful but I was upset at the fact that there was no fridge and the we had a hard time trying to get in our room after I booked reservations online !

We were staying one night at the hotel. However, we were assigned to a room by the elevator, which is noisy at night. We can’t sleep well the whole night. The airport shuttle is great and comfortable. But sleep quality is too bad.

Our room didn’t get serviced the first day and we had to call for clean towels after a long day out, and we waited for another half hour before we stopped a staff to pick up clean towels ourselves.
