How are they even licensed to operate as a hotel? Place is under active construction. You will hear the noise of the construction throughout the day and on Saturday morning at 7 am when you are trying to sleep. There is water coming from power window washing and you get wet coming in and out of the hotel. There is strong smell of fresh paint. The room assigned to us had not been cleaned and disinfected. The blankets were dirty with stains of urine and hair on the bed. The construction staff all men from third world countries stare at women, not familiar perhaps to seeing women renting hotels by themselves or traveling alone. The only positive thing is the location but there are many other hotels in the same area so don’t rent here.

Rooms were not even in a fair condition. Dressers were broken, carpets were filthy and to top everything off the bed sheets had food crumbs in between along with a big yellow stain. Even when we asked for new bed sheets they smelled old and dirty. The bathroom also had a moldy smell to it. We ended up rebooking with another hotel after a few hours of staying at Rodeway Inn & Suites because it just was not sanitary. Overall, we were really disappointed.

Relaxing Local Getaway
Overall a nice place to stay, very comfortable beds and the shutters on the windows were a nice touch. Jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly for relaxing with my girlfriend. Only complaints are the conditions of the carpet in the hallway and stairs, very dirty and stained. Also, the number of shady homeless and druggies lurking outside of the property, which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but very off putting. Overall a solid 8/10

The photos don't reflect the current state of the property. The hallways were dirty. The room was very musty, so much so that I was unable to stay because my allergies were affected and my family moved to another hotel. The paint was flaking off the walls in the room, and the carpet was filthy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

My only comment is regarding the cleanliness. I spilled some water in front of the refrigerator. When I cleaned it up, my paper napkin was black. So I would suggest mopping the floor once a week or so. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

Good staff. Need to upgrade.
The staff were very nice. The carpet was old and extremely dirty looking. I know they cleaned daily but they need to replace the carpet. It made me feel yucky I had to keep my shoes on. Also the refrigerator was not plugged in and didn’t seem to have an outlet to plug into. The tv remote also didn’t work well.

Gross!!
For the price this place was terrible. It needs to be remodeled, and the carpet was disgusting!! The only ok part was the staff /owners were very polite and friendly. I would never stay here again, this hotel reminded me of places I used to stay on tour with my Punk Rock band for around $50.00. The carpet was so gross, I didn't even want to set my suitcase on it much less walk on it even with socks on!

Really disappointed by the conditions at this hotel considering the price. The building is dirty and grungy. There was trash in the hallway leaving to our room. The couch cushions in our room were stained. The sheets on our bed were stained and didn't even cover the entire length of the bed! There were holes in the drywall and the furniture was beat up.
