We enjoyed our stay! It is a nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend it for couples and freinds/business. Leave the kids at home. Not a bad place for kids, but the pool is small, and gets boring fast. Also the room had a little "funky" smell / mould?! that stuck to our clothes. Not really bad, but if you are sensitive, you will know it. The balcony had spiderwebs and could use some "love" from the cleaners. The room itself was good. And beds were comfy. No coffee in the room as it says on the expedia page, and our 2 a day complimentary water bottles we only saw the first day (Never restocked). All in all good value, but not great. I would give it a 3,5 star. Oh, the restaurant has really good food, and there is coffee in the lobby area in the morning.

Amazinbg Place With great Comfort and centrally located. The check in were smooth and the staff was very nice. Parking wqas expensive, but it is Weho, the wifi was functional and the suite was amaziung. Gym was small, but functional. The amenityfee could be included in the price, but ok, overall very pleased With the sta7y.

何度もこのホテルに宿泊しており、今回は４泊しました。 静かで部屋も広く使いやすいホテルです。 しかし、駐車場で＄65は高いと思います。今回はあまり駐車場を利用している人がいなかったように思います。これに税金が加わるとウーバー利用の方が良いかと思います。 今回は、フロントやルームサービスへのリクエストが全く通らなかった事が不満でした。 部屋の清掃は今のアメリカでは毎日入らないのは理解していますが、フロントでタオル交換とゴミ箱の袋交換と無料のコーヒー豆の補充だけ毎日とお願いしいましたが、部屋に戻るとされておらず、ルームサービスに電話するとタオルは持ってきます。 フロントではダメなのかと、ルームサービスに電話でお願いすると、それもしてくれず、結局、毎日夜に電話して交換をしてもらいました。フロントでもリクエストをPCには打ち込んでいましたが、ルームサービスには伝わっていません。3日目に部屋の清掃をお願いしましたが、簡単な清掃しかしませんと断られました。アメニティ料金を取るなら対応して欲しいと思います。 アメリカの一部の都市で始まった、市職員保護税やリゾートアメニティ料金などが高く、旅行サイトで予約しても別にかかる金額が高いので、実際の料金が見えにくい（ホテルによって金額が違う）ので困ります。 部屋が広くキッチンが付いているので快適なので宿泊したいホテルですが、部屋のサービス改善と税金のわかりやすさを求めます。

I actually really loved this hotel. The location is great, the room itself was fantastic. My only two things was that there was an odd banging noise that sounded like construction or something that went on everyday except the day I was checking out. And the other is that the toilet roll holder didn't actually hold the toilet roll. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and I would most definitely stay there again.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Parc at Melrose, and it was truly an amazing experience. The service at this hotel is top-notch - the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly professional. From the helpful front desk to the valet parking attendants who went above and beyond to assist me, every interaction was a delight. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and spotless, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. I especially appreciated the extra mile the staff went to ensure my stay was perfect, such as helping me with the fireplace and even retrieving a forgotten item from my car. Comfortable small hotel with lovely staff
I had a very comfortable room with separate living room, balcony and kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Julian who helped me with questions about my booking. The hotel is intimate and the pool area is a rooftop oasis with cabanas that is generally not overcrowded. Kudos to the food staff who run a lovely bar/cafe and efficient room service. They all made me feel at home, especially Otto.

We had a very good stay. The initial room we were given was a bit smaller than our previous stays and the area of the hotel had a musty smell. Upon request they changed our room to a slightly nicer room in an area of the hotel that did not have the musty smell we noticed. The staff was very accommodating. We have stayed here many times before and will stay again

Great location one block from melrose. Spacious rooms which we needed bc we r family of 5. Our room was apt style. Theres a small restaurant. Not a happening hotel . If u want a grand lobby and ppl watching this is not for u. We picked this hotel bc of the large rooms and location. It’s a quiet hotel with a small lobby . Valet parking is $65 a nite which I feel is robbery . Staff was very nice .

Nice property, service could be better.
Nice property in a good location. Rooms are large and well appointed. The fireplace was lovely to have in the winter. Had a stopped up sink in the bathroom, they said they fixed it, but we need to complain again, and finally they were able to fix it. Some of the towels were fairly frayed, asked for decaf coffee pods, one person said they didn’t have them. Asked the second person and they came up with some. They added on a resort fee, not sure what that gave us if anything.

Huge Comfortable Rooms
Wonderful location on quite residential street but walking distance to shopping and many food options. Rooms are very spacious and well decorated with colorful art. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Loved our stay!

The room was very nice and cute. I loved having a small dining area and the sleeper sofa was an added bonus! The smell of the room was weird.. but other than that the room was cozy. The neighborhood was quiet but no where to park except for the garage and the fee is not cheap.

The shower handle was leaky, and the AC can only be set as warm as 75F, and living room TV also stop working on the 2nd night. Other than these, everything is fine.

The hotel is typically a wonderful experience, although the facilities are starting to look a little worn down. he one big negative is that they increased their parking fees AND eliminated the ability to self park. $65 per night and then having to tip the valet is outrageous for a room that is so reasonably priced. Many guests were very upset about the price and the loss of self parking. Fix that, and you get a 5 star rating from me!
