The rooms were so pretty and very clean! The beds were so comfortable! The interstate noise on the front of the motel was kinda loud, but we listened to music & it drowned out the noise.

Found blood stains on sheets, had to go get new ones. Shower water was warm at best. Hot tub water was cold. Dogs barking in nearby room. Cooled food was not edible, no taste at all.

Despite ongoing renovations, our stay remained largely unaffected. Although we detected a faint chemical odor in the third-floor hallway, our room was odor-free and clean.

Great stay. Quiet and clean. Lots of parking. 25 min from universal studios. Check in Staff in late afternoon not friendly. Breakfast was was included and was ok. Jacuzzi water was not warm enough. Shower was strong and hot. I like that they have shampoo and body wash in pump containers in shower for you.

Nice big room and clean. Did not like that there was remodeling in the hallway by our room. People next to our room were loud and rude. Check in staff wasn’t friendly at all.

Staff was great and everything was to be expected except for the fact we chose this hotel because of the pics of the gym and due to the fact we train 7 days a week for a living, only to get there and the gym is under construction without any warning online!!! Also out of the week we stayed there I think we found a parking spot 1 night and had to leave or bmw parked in random spots hoping we didn’t get towed! Definitely not enough parking once the construction guys bring their big trailer etc and take up 5/6 spots each, so don’t come in late!!!

It was easily accessible and the staff was very quick to respond to our needs. The first night, the room above us flooded and our bathroom was deluged. The staff quickly moved us. It was disappointing that the microwave didn't work, but they changed it out for us quickly. The timing for housekeeping was very early on our floor. So our room was not cleaned except on request -- not sure if that resolvable. We would probably stay here again, its very convenient. Its not a high-end experience, but nothing is in LA anymore, so in light of that, we were satisfied (cost time=value).
