Water in the bathroom doesn’t work all rooms in the hotel.And the staff of front desk early morning had very poor support.

The property is comfortable and well situated. The street is a bit noisy (we had a street room). The parking situation in the evening was unacceptable. The hotel’s lot was full and the overflow garage was blocked by a bus. We had to exit the lot and enter the lobby to notify. We were told to drive around. That lot (not owned by the hotel) had a clear sign with a price of $20 daily while we were chargers $30 by the hotel. The staff seemed uninterested when we brought it up and merely said it was an old sign…inconvenient!

We will work with our team to improve their response to parking issues. We are currently working with our partners next door to improve ensuring that Hotel stalls are reserved for hotel guests only. As we do not own our own parking and rent parking from a 3rd party, we are limited in the actions we can take against vehicles that do not belong to hotel guests parked in Hotel stalls and must obtain approval from the 3rd party management team (e.g., towing the vehicles, or attaching boots to the vehicles). Once again, I sincerely apologize for this detriment to your stay experience and we will continue to work hard towards resolving this issue.

No airport shuttle!! So I had to Uber/Lyft from the airport. I selected this hotel as our night before a 8:28am flight and near the Zimmerman Car Museum for the day before. Otherwise, a nice stay, with Mexican food Uber eats (margaritas delivered). Luggage carts were sparse.

I feel like I need to tell this story. The location of this hotel is good, near the airport. Every room I went into was infested with ants. I changed rooms three times, but at the end I found an anthill, so I sprayed shampoo on it and slept there. Please... please clean it and deal with the bugs. Even if you talk about ants, the staff isn't surprised or say sorry. It seemed like a very common thing. It's not just one or two, there are billions of them running around. The sound of bed springs, which I have never heard even in really cheap motels, is a bonus. The staff said it was survival. When you move on the bed a little, the springs make a loud noise. It's a bonus.

I loved my stay here for Rolling Loud. It was close to major attractions and the staff was friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking but $20 isn't bad at all. The room was comfortable and so clean. I will be back again.

I find it incredible that an airport hotel does not have a shuttle and especially from LAX where you have to get a shuttle to a separate area to get either a taxi or uber to take you 1.2 miles. Its even more amazing that there are hilton shuttles just none that will take you to the hampton.

They did not have a microwave in the room. I think that should be standard in all rooms! And the room where we were, was at the very end of the hall, which means by the time we would finally get back from the communal microwave downstairs in the lobby our food Would be cold.

Thank you for your feedback, this will help us improve in the future. Every floor has a microwave next to the ice-machine, so you don't have to walk all the way down to Lobby to heat up your food. At the moment, only our King Suite Studios have microwaves inside the room, so just make sure to book that room type in the future if you need a microwave in the room.
