Fint, lite utvalg, dårlige betingelser for ansatte
Hotellet har dårlige betingelser for renholderne sine. De hadde daglige demonstrasjoner utenfor hotellet, fra tidlig om morgenen. Frokosten var dyr, til tross for nesten ikke noe utvalg. Bassenget ble rengjort daglig. De ansatte var hyggelige. Gratis buss til flyplassen. Det sto det skulle være gratis buss til hotellet fra LAX også, men vi fant ingen info om hvor den stoppet, og da vi ringte hotellet svarte de ikke. Heldigvist var det grei gåavstand. For folk som er opptatt av rettighetene til arbeidere, kanskje velg et annet hotell.

Styr klar!
Slitt fælt hotell med veggedyr på rommene, her er det bare å styre klar. Dette har kanskje vært et ok hotell en gang tidlig på 90-tallet, men det er ikke mye som minner om det lengre. Hotellet er generelt veldig slitt, hvert fall om du havner i østre del. Sengene var for så vidt gode, men det er klart når du finner bedbugs så trekker det det ganske vesentlig ned. Badet er lite og slitt, kommoden aldri rengjort og defekt. A/C bråkte og hadde dårlig effekt. Treningsrommet hadde lekkasje i taket og var kun delvis i drift, bassengbaren var lagt ned og resturanten hadde begrenset åpningstid. Hotellet ignorerer henvendelser om refusjon.

Bob-bob, helt ok.
Helt ok hotell, akkurat det du betaler for og ikke en krone mer. Wifi er tregt, faller lett ut og er knotete å koble til. Lukter hasj i bygget. Ingen frokost inkludert og maten de selger er veldig overpriset, noe de drar nytte av da det er langt til nærmeste restaurant. Ellers helt ok, svømmebassenget var fint, og ligger nærme flyplassen med egen shuttlebus. Stort sett trivelige mennesker.

Be aware, horrible but with good location
Valet parking was unmanned, long lines for checking, front staff could not handle high customers. Smelles weed from the entrance, all lobby, hallways and elevators, also had to change room since the weed smell was so heavy. No compensation for being downgraded. No breakfast service.

Elendig rengjøring og service, ikke anbefalt!!
Ikke anbefalt, veldig dårlig renhold, måtte be renholds ansatte ved hotellet komme 3 ganger når vi sjekket inn, pizza saus var sprutet på sengen, klær lå på gulvet og ingen flater var rengjort. Vi var der i totalt 6 netter, rommet ble verken rengjort eller byttet håndklær i løpet av disse 6 dagene. Service er helt forferdelig.

Bare sånn passe.
Rommet hadde en kraftig lukt av fukt/mugg, mest på badet. TV virket ikke. Ellers var rommet komfortabelt, men ikke spesielt romslig. Stor og god seng. Eldre og ganske lite bad. Lite tiltalende bassengområde, ligger rett utenfor lounge/innsjekk. Bra treningsrom. Grei beliggenhet, nær flyplassen, har shuttlebuss hvert 30. minutt.

Proximity to airport was good. I chose to walk there when landed 1 large suitcases and 1 hand luggage. About 15 min walk. Recommend you have good wheels as the footpath is rough in some areas. Caught the shuttle early morning which was convenient. Also stops at the Sonnesta (could be same ownership) which based on the lobby may be more updated. The room was average from a condition perspective. (Delux King at the end of the corridor. Very functional but old and dated. Bathroom door won't shut. shower head can't adjust downwards, phone didn't work, USB charging on desk didn't work, thermostat didn't work. WiFi didn't work in the room unless you connect in the lobby first. Lifts are old and clunky, I went down to the lobby myself and saw the guy in the shuttle who was leaving in 10mins. Gave me time to get my bags drop the key and head out. If I listened to the lady at check-in the day before I, wouldn't have got to the airport the time I waa told to come down 20 mins later. I will say it was least expensive out of all the hotels in proximity but really in need of renovations. I had a comfy quiet King bed. So it served a solid 7 hr sleep and shower. Nice looking gym, pool and gift store. I didn't use it. It budget motel type room at hotel pricing. You either pay up to $50 AUS more for the area or just accept it.

For it to be a Sheraton it’s outdated. Our room wasn’t clean. There was old food left in the room. The ac didn’t work. Stains on the sheets. Parking fee really high and I expected more from the hotel.

The bathroom was very old and paint chipped. Will not visit again. Walls had asbestos smell. Parking is $57 per night. This is super annoying.

Run down, not friendly. Blood stains on sheets and towels, broken table, broken lights, broken tub drain. Only 3 channels to watch on tv. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge, no microwave, no free breakfast, no free parking ($55 a day). They had a little store in the lobby that was super marked up. It sucked to be honest. Worst experience I had in a hotel.

The toilet didn’t work. I had to be switched rooms in the process of switching rooms. My card wouldn’t work for the door so I had to walk downstairs and take the elevator. Literally four times. The staff was rude and sleepy. I will never be coming back to this hotel oh, not to mention none of the rooms have microwaves refrigerators in the phone didn’t work in my room

Older rooms, but it worked for a one night at the airport. Shuttle to hotel wasn’t clear that it was just Four Points shuttle
