Tvers igjennom bra!
Moderne lite boutique-hotell. Nært Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Farmers Market og The Grove. Rent og moderne interiør. Frokosten ikke på høyde med det man er vant til i Norge, men bedre enn det jeg har fått på de fleste andre lignende hoteller i USA. Valet-parking for 30 dollar døgnet. En ekstra liten touch er gratis vin og ost i lobbyen hver dag mellom 17 og 19. Vil ikke nøle med å bo her igjen.

Dette er vårt fjerde opphold på Elan hotel. Vi stortrives. Hyggelig Og hjelpsom betjening. Ost og vin på kvelden. Perfekt beliggenhet. Minuset er st det ikke er treningsfasiliteter der. Men fint område å gå tur i. Vi kommer til å bo der neste gang også.

Behagelig opphold på gjestfritt hotell
Ankom LA for første gang. Parkeringsvakten tok imot leiebilen rett utenfor hotelldøren og innsjekk gikk raskt. Rommet var stort, veldig praktisk og hadde alle nødvendigheter pluss litt til. Veldig rent, god seng og dusj. Oppholdet var behagelig med god frokost, super housekeeping, og utrolig vennlig staff. Fortjener nesten å få gå opp en halv/hel stjerne.

Bra hotell med sentral Beliggenhet i LA
Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Om du vil utforske LA så er denne beliggenheten god, samtidig som du er i nærheten av Beverly Center om du vil shoppe. De har valet-parkering i kjelleren, (koster $24 døgnet). Frokosten er god, og de har også vin, ost og kjeks på ettermiddagene mellom 5 og 7. Fint og romslig rom med god seng. Anbefales.

Godt hotell i L.A.
Bodde her i 3 netter. Et enkelt, men rent og pent hotell i West Hollywood. Serviceinnstilt personale. Vi hadde bil (som man gjerne må i L.A.), men det var ikke særlig langt å gå til området The Grove som er veldig hyggelig på kveldstid med både butikker, restauranter og kino. Beverly Center ligger også like ved.

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable room. Our only issue was the parking, where you have to call the front desk for parking access; this is problematic if no one is available. Overall, still a four star rating.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed including super comfy bedding. There’s a comfortable lobby with morning coffee and happy hour in the evening. The staff was friendly and attentive. I saw that they have off-street parking, but we didn’t have a car so didn’t use the garage. The location is good with shopping and conveniences nearby.

This is a good hotel. We have stayed here many times. The last few stays were not as good as usual. One issues was with staffing. Person at the front desk was not feeling well & there was no one to take her place. Ended up waiting over an hour to check in. This last stay the room fire detector was beeping & they didn't know how to fix it. We suggested a new battery & that worked. I would recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the girl was rude and said to ring the bell only once. She didn’t tell us about anything and how to get in the parking garage. We had to ask her everything and she was irritated that we did. I won’t be back here.

I stayed 1 night. The power went off in the morning. I wanted to leave at 5:00AM and my car was stuck in the parking of the hotel until 8:00AM. The gate could not operate because of the lack of power. It could not be open by hand either. There was no access to the parking as well. The elevator had no power and there was no stair access to the parking. Basically, I was stuck until the power came back on. The security/night person was nice but she could not do anything.

We needed to be at CS by 5:45am. Most hotels in this area are very plush expensive hotels. This was not a vacation but a necessity. We decided to stay at Elan for what seemed a very reasonable rate. Recvd a total of 10 emails for reservation, thought I paid for parking but and thing you add to your reservation is a REQUEST. We learned upon arrival at 8pm that they were full and parking is only a request not a guarantee- street parking. Took a few minutes but luckily found a soot. First impression very dingy and old. First room, deadbolt did not work. Employee said they had no more rooms tgeb found a room. another employee came to try the deadbolt- guess what? It didnt work. Second room, very stuffy- no window old AC unit. We needed to get some sleep! Very loud street noise/ fortunately my phone has white noise option. When we woke up I stood up out of bed and my socks immediately became wet- noticed the wall had water damage and the tub was leaking- we did not use the shower/tub. Not a good experience but we were desperate. Night Staff was nice we do not blame them for the poor condition of the facility and lack of services. When we left at 5:30am I rang the front desk bell to turn in the key and notify them of the leak- she didnt even come to see us but sounded like she was relaxing and called out yessss in response to the bell smh!

Okay but not worth the price
The room itself is decent. However The deluxe beds are smaller than a full sized bed. So three of us staying in the room. Two of barely fit on the bed. I enjoyed the firmness of the bed. My dad and boyfriend did not. Also checking in and checking out was a process. They are short staffed. So wait time was awhile. I was charged $20 more for amenities but there was nothing there to use. Besides a coffee machine that didn’t have decaf coffee in it. Just hot water.

Elan Hotel is in a great location in Los Angeles. There are restaurants and shopping areas in a walkable distance. This is definitely more of a no-frills hotel, with just a free happy hour offered in lieu of a breakfast or other options, but when you're only in the hotel for sleep, it's a great option! Our only complaints were that the cable for the tv was inconsistent (and perhaps out hotel wide our first night?) and our key cards were deactivated the day before we checked out and had to be reactivated at the front desk. For the most part, the staff at the front desk was helpful, including one young lady who was nice enough to recommend a local coffee shop just two blocks away for the pick me up my friend and I needed!

Small hotel on Beverly Ave that is close to everywhere. This hidden gem was reasonably priced and nice small hotel for the area and convenience. I would stay here again
