The property and staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and the hotel was right across the street from the Crypto Center which made the getting to and from the game a breeze. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the hidden destination fee of $38 which wasn't disclosed until after checkout.

Rude morning staff, restaurant not open on time… lack of hospitality. Spend the extra money and stay at a Marriott property. I’ll never do a “boutique” hotel again after this experience. Rooms were clean though and the staff cleaning rooms were sweet but the rest of the staff… bruh

What we liked: It's a great central location walking distance to restaurants, crypto arena, peacock theatre etc. The staff and pleasant, and the rooms were clean. What we didn't like: The noise from the street carries into the room and it is LOUD. The music from the Grammy museum was so loud, I couldn't sleep. Stopped around 1230am. I would suggest getting a room that doesn't face the S Figueroa street and pack earplugs just in case. We would also have appreciated more amenities. The room did not have a bath tub, microwave or table to eat in room meals. Overall, we recommend this hotel. The positives outweigh the negatives. It's a $10 uber ride to union station where we took the Flyaway bus to LAX.

スタッフさんたちがとにかく素晴らしかった。みなさん優しくて笑顔が印象的だった！！ お湯を沸かせるポットがあれば更によかった。 ホテル前のお店が楽器を演奏しており、夜中に爆音が鳴り響いていた。隣の音も結構丸聞こえ？のような感じでした。あとはリゾートフィーなるものが毎日かかるので割高かもしれません。 それでもスタッフの優しさが素晴らしく気になりませんでした。

It was extremely close to the concert we wete attending. The check in person was great, later found out he was the manager because he was the only good part of my encounter with the service people. The room was clean smelled great, no noise. The card for the room was so difficult after initially getting in the room. It took us so many tries to get into the room we almost had to go to the front desk, which may not seem like a big deal but, we were there for one night, it got deactivated too easily. The day we were checking out I'm in the on my way up to get the last of my things before leaving the elevator would not register my card. I fonslly went to the desk, explained i need to check out and my card wont work. The clerk asks me where i had the card and decided to give me this full explanation why it wasnt working. I was already very frustrated and said firmly I am checking out i need my card to work on the elevator, i don't know where i have stored my card, i am leaving. I didnt want a lecture, maybe that should have been explained at check in that the cards can be deactivated easily. I had already had to deal with the rude lady at the hotel breakfast, and last night at the bar. There is not enough space here. The manager Adrian I believe he ssid his name was is the only reason I would return or recommend anyone. He had excellent customer skills, and listened enough to me . Oh and the valet when we were leaving.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean, stayed on 4th floor pretty quiet. Walking distance to Crypto Arena. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The only thing they don’t offer free parking only valet which I paid $55. Other than that I highly recommend this location you won’t be disappointed!

I stayed at the property for 2 nights because of a concert I went to and it was walking distance from hotel. The property was appropriate, it does appear that they should do a little better job with cleanliness in certain areas of hotel. However, my room was roomy and the location was good. Also, although the parking is $50 per night, all the valet guys from March 30th-April 1st were very nice and professional.

It's a reasonably priced hotel right across the street from LA LIVE, which was amazing for going to a concert at the Peacock Theater. I liked the design choices in the room, and when there was a problem with my shower, they sent someone up immediately and fixed it right away. The express bus (460) from downtown LA also picks up and drops off RIGHT outside! This is the perfect hotel for experiencing a lot of what the LA area has to offer.

This is the perfect place to stay when you’re attending an event at LA Live or the Crypto.com Arena since it’s one block away. Check in and you don’t have to worry about traffic or parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. With so many restaurants near by it’s easy to overlook that theirs is not a full service restaurant.

First let me Thank the staff for all their help! On my first night, my shower was draining very slow (I has a foot bath), low water pressure a d luke warm water and the spray head world not stop dripping after the faucet was turn off. The staff fixed it for me the next day (Thx Guys)!

Excellent deal. Don’t expect more than you actually paid for. I thought in be able to get an upgrade like they advertised but staff looked at me like I was a mad man. lol but the location is golden. Wouldn’t stay again however.
