Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. Although we asked for early check-in for two rooms, we did not get it. As a matter fact, one of the rooms wasn’t even ready until 5 o’clock. And then then, unfortunately, they gave us a room with one king bed instead of two double beds, which is what we requested. When we pointed this out, they said there were no rooms available on that floor and our family had to be split up between two floors. Also, disappointing that they don’t offer free Wi-Fi considering the cost. The shower in our room was almost impossible to work. The hotel is severely understaffed in terms of cleaning services, which is why they explained it took so long for us have our room ready. Also, their signature cookies have walnuts in them, despite the fact that so many have nut allergies
