I am aware that the website did state that our rooftop was closed, and we were trying to notify everyone in a timely manner, however, with 3rd party reservations it is very difficult to have a point of contact since they do not sell 3rd party information. We do apologize that it was not communicated enough. I will relate this feedback to the team as guest satisfaction is our top priority.
