First, let me thank you for staying with us and submitting your score although we could be happier if it's a high score. Based on my investigation here, we charged Expedia and not your credit card. As a matter of fact, my staff tried to charge you for the 11.00 parking fee only but your card was declined. Should there be any authorization on your card by accident, rest assure that it'll drop in a few days and promise you that you were not charged twice. We hope to see you again.

You see, the room where you stayed was on the top floor facing away from the street and a lot of regular guests always ask for that room. Hotel has been charging for parking for 10 years now and it's posted in our website and also in all third party booking engines like Expedia. We are sorry that you missed it.
