«We had a very nice stay. The lodge is very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the shower. There basically was none and it made it very difficult to wash and rinse. The temperature was also hard to control with the water either being very cold, or very very hot. Otherwise, it was a nice place. »

«A huge disappointment. We chose this hotel because we wanted to wake up with a view over Loch Ness. Therefore, we booked a room with a view and balcony. However, we got a room in the lodge next to the busy 60 mph road. In addition, the coach parking was right outside the windows. According to the staff at the hotel, they do not advertise rooms with view, and our reservation from hotels.com did not help us. Lousy and rude service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.»
