The suites have many large windows overlooking the lake and sea, and indeed sometimes the rain can affect the view out of the windows. I am sorry though, that you were disappointed. Apologies as well that you did not enjoy your breakfast. We are a 4-star hotel and maintain very high standards. Out of thousands of reviews, we maintain high review ratings accross all sites, but if your experience what you wanted it to be I am very sorry. The team are disappointed that you have gone away unhappy.
